    I bought a 2021 Unlimited Wrangler Rubicon 4xE from SJ Denham and couldn't be happier with my decision. The entire SJ Denham team (JR, Dan, Lisa and Ryan) were extremely polite, responsive, honest and informative. They made the entire buying process utterly seamless and I felt looked after and cared for every step of the way. I recommend this dealership to everyone!

Cheyne took the time to answer every question, explain the features carefully, and move at a pace that felt comfortable. He was especially thoughtful and respectful in working with a senior customer, making sure everything was clear and never rushed. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but he made the entire process smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable. Customer service like this is rare, and it made a real difference in our experience. Because of Cheyne Birdsong, we would absolutely return to Redding Subaru and would confidently recommend him to friends or family looking to purchase a Subaru. If you're in the market for a Subaru, ask for Cheyne Birdsong--you'll be glad you did.

We were able to call and talk to the sales manager at Miata within minutes of having walked out of the sale with Colin. the manager at Miata confirmed the sales prices were accurate and was happy to send over additional information on pricing If we wanted. While Colin refused to budge from the MSRP price and only offered us a discount (of 750) if we were to take a loan and not pay in full. Will not shop here again will not recommend. I do want to say however Mick the initial sales person seemed professional, kind and authentic in his dealing with us but sadly his sales manager ruined the deal at no fault to him.

I'll admit, my first thought was, oh great, here comes a pushy salesman. But within the first few minutes, it was clear Todd was different. No pressure at all--just genuine questions about what we were looking for. We ended up talking for a good 30-45 minutes, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I told him we needed time to think and that nothing was set in stone, and again--zero pressure. He spoke with his manager, called me back within a few minutes, and we sent over our information. We had a preliminary offer the very next morning. My husband and I went back and forth for a bit, ran the numbers, did our due diligence... and ultimately decided to go for it. We actually ended up with a slightly better rate than the preliminary. I called Todd, said "let's do it," and that was that. The car was already in stock and is being delivered from Redding to me tomorrow. Bottom line: if you're in the market for a Nissan, reach out to Todd at Crown Nissan in Redding. My family has been driving Kia's since 2015. Never have we had an issue that Kia wasn't willing to resolve. Not only do they offer the best warranty, most reliable vehicles, and greatest deals when it comes to value (quality vs price, the quality always outweighs the price), but the service can't be beat. I'm new to the area and when my car needed service I tried to schedule trips down to my original dealership. What a huge mistake. On the suggestion if a close friend I tried Redding Kia. Let me tell you... I have never been so happy with a decision in my life. Not only do they match all of what I've come to know and love about Kia in the past, but the people here really care about making you happy. Hopefully I don't have to come in too often, but in my experience thus far there have been two names that I committed to memory. In the Service Department, Amber Griffith. Professional, methodical, and one heck of a problem-solver. She was always understanding and kind. Also very attentive, no matter how busy she gets, she always checks in and lets you know what is going on. She has gone above and beyond for my family and I, I think part of what means the most is how patient and understanding she has been. Coordinating our unusual dynamics and schedules can be hectic to say the least. A truly impressive human being. In the Sales Department, Terry "Pops" Giomi. Incredibly helpful, patient, brilliant, this person made me feel welcome from the second I pulled in (I came for a service appointment) to the moment I left. I asked about what's new with this year's models, he knew it all by heart, I told him how I was new to the area, he told me about how amazing this dealership works together and how they tie in with the community, even answered questions about a few local restaurants and places I could check out. He really made me feel like a friend or family and less just a customer, but still kept it professional that when I needed anything like to test out seating and how I fit into vehicles he was happy to accommodate. It's just gotten worse over the years. Justino appears to be the only one there that cares at all about the customers. They don't return calls. They don't even remember to pick you up and leave you standing outside for an hour. As the service departments are often where the money is for a dealership these days, you'd think they would try. Unfortunately, I like the cars, but the service department has made it so I will not purchase from here again and recommend the rest of my family no longer do so as well. If you need service here and absolutely cannot go anywhere else, all I can say is good luck.
