I was never told at that time I couldn't rebook. Called months later multiple times, left voicemails and emails to try to schedule for the haircut I already PAID for through the Groupon. I finally left a review asking if this place was still in business because NONE of my phone calls or emails were responded to. I am very particular about my hair. Most hairstylists doesn't even listen to what you have to say about what you want. They assume you want a certain cut because of your current hairstyle. I only have a couple of hairstylists that I can trust with my hair. It's horrible when you get a bad cut and have to wait a week or two just to get back to normal so you can fix it. Getting your hair and make up done by someone new can be a little nerve wrecking... finding someone to do it for your wedding day was incredibly nerve wrecking! Having Ling take care of me and my bridal party was like having an old trusted friend doll you up.
