After my previous experience, the team reached out, made things right, and even provided a complimentary service for the inconvenience. That's the kind of customer care that earns customer loyalty. I was able to get in and out in under an hour and everything stayed on schedule. KUDOS! Service: My lash lift with tint looks amazing! I will say I have had better lifts done. I think I prefer the Korean lash lift (which they don't do here), but Keyaira did an amazing job, as usual. She's talented, a great conversationalist, and made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole process.
