Avoid this company if at all possible. I'm genuinely mind-blown at how terrible their service is. They sent me continuous glucose monitors that were far too close to expiration without my authorization and billed the wrong insurance. A rep told me they would send a replacement shipment, but it never arrived and no one followed up. When I checked in again, they said I needed to speak with a supervisor who would call me--no call ever came. After multiple attempts, I finally spoke with a supervisor, but there were roosters screaming in the background, and it was extremely hard to hear them. They were mumbling, giggling, and acting completely unprofessional, with other phone conversations happening in the background. There was zero accountability or empathy. Horrible company and services. Patients need their supplies but they can't deliver the products on time. Multiple times, we have had to call because we were out of supplies but they just happen to be "processing" it on the same day. Coincidence? They can't set up and schedule and supplies have come either on the same day we're out or late. It continuously causes stress and anxiety for us because we've had to remind them to do their jobs and deliver much needed supplies. UPS had a picture of it delivered but it was a tan house mine is brown and it had no Easter dec orations and mine was loaded with decorations. They told me they would send out a replacement order that day (Thursday) and it would arrive tomorrow (Friday) or the next business day (Monday). I called the following day (Tuesday) after no shows and was told it was shipped out Yesterday (Monday) and would possibly be here today (Tuesday) or the next day (Wednesday). If it were possible to give a negative number of stars, I would. In my last shipment of DEXCOM G7 CGMs I only received a one-month supply. Normally it is a three-month supply. I called customer service and was told it was due to an issue with DEXCOM. My call to DEXCOM told me there were no issues with supplies form Dexcom. What gives? Now it is time for my next order. On February 22 I received an email that my next order would ship on March 6 and that if there was a problem with it, I would be contacted by a CSR. Late on the evening of March 8, I received another email with a subject line stating that my order had shipped. However, that was it. There was no body to the email or any tracking data. On Tuesday (March 11) I called customer service to inquire about my shipment. I was told that the expected arrival date is today (March 13). Since my CGM had expired and I had no more to use, i asked the CSR what to do. His reply was to check blood sugar manually. He asked if I would like a supervisor to contact me and I replied yes. Great for my mom, sensors always arrive promptly. A representative will call and follow-up. She loves using the freestyle sensor and patches; it's a game changer. She doesn't have to poke her coarse fingers anymore. Over the years, testing strips + needles have made her fingers super coarse. It's even harder since she's blind, one has to perfectly pair the blood droplet to the testing strip. With all the high-end technology these days, companies should make talking testing machines for visually-impaired patients. Freestyle makes her life so much easier. Wish they made the sensors a little bigger though. The follow-up emails are always timely, and they communicate effectively. The staff speak English well, and they're proactive about fixing issues and/or resolving matters immediately, because they genuinely care about people. I'm out of sensors and it has been a month. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with ADS. There seems to be not a single employee capable of correctly scanning documents, recording information, or processing insurance. Every month, they say things are valid and ready to go, and then they either don't send, or they call and ask for the same documents they said they had. And I know they have them. The communication between departments is appallingly poor. It is not one bad apple. The whole company is an utter shambles. They should not be in charge of sending out life saving equipment. I've been with ADS for several years to date. Each month there seems to be minor problems which are quickly fixed. This month July has not gone well. My first call was telling me my shipment has been canceled because my doctor isn't part of their system, she is and has been. I contacted my doctor stating the problem and she contacted them.
