She was so easy to understand considering I am deaf. Reception area was very nice and welcoming too. I then met with Jessica who took the time to get to know me by asking how I ended up in her office and from there she was able to tell me about the Lace program along with cost and benefit. There was no pressure to purchase. The time so to her showed me how much she cares about helping people because she took the time to check my hearing aids and noticed that I was due for an adjustment and I had been noticing some struggles with hearing of late too. I consented to her making some recommended changes that I am trying to adapt now and so grateful to her for her time and expertise. Hearing aids are very expensive and are most likely not covered through most insurance. I have Hearing loss and obviously need Hearing aids. I haven't been able to dish the money out for new ones, so I have a pair of Hearing aids that were given to me by my father. He's 83 yrs old,veteran. Had this pair of Hearing aids that were sitting around for a year and not being used, issued to my father from the V.A. I was told over the phone it was no problem to bring them in and help me get them fixed so I could use them for myself. Im sure I am not the only person that has ever inherited Hearing aids from their veteran family members.....so waited 2 weeks for a appointment, when I arrived it was typical, polite at the desk, first time paper work etc....then the so called professional specialist that loves to help people...really didn't want to help me at all. Instead wanted to lecture me about taxes?? Really??starting saying that I basically shouldn't have these Hearing aids and they are the V.A.s property? Then starts to tell me she pays taxes and the Hearing aids should have been returned by my father if he wasn't using them. Really and that was going to help your tax break??? A pair of Hearing aids?? First of all we all pay taxes and my father definitely paid a tax for his service one way or another. The real issue was that someone like myself, randomly pick this place based off good reviews so I could walk in and get the help needed regardless of the story behind the Hearing aids or how I have them. I had a pair fixed before for me somewhere else, those were VA issued as well, no problems. Took my grandmother here today and had a great experience with Laura…read more First, I like the fact that they had patients wait to come into their office until the time of their appointment, due to COVID-19. Laura began with doing a hearing aid test and diagnosed my grandmother's hearing. Then she showed us her test results. She went over a couple of options, measured her ear size, and let my grandmother try on a hearing aid. My grandmother was impressed with it and Laura did some tests with her hearing aid on. It was interesting to see that she was able to put the prescription on hearing aids right there, took like 2 seconds. The things that I really liked about my experience is Laura's knowledge, she continued to sanitize her hands after touching different objects, and she was able to get everything done in an hour. I would definitely recommend Laura to anyone!

When I finally decided to take a hearing test, my situation turned out more advanced. Jonah patiently reviewed my medical history for any indicators, and very kindly answered my many questions. It was such a relief to talk to him, as he was so kind in explaining my options for hearing aids, the insurance coverage and especially advice on how to adjust it to my lifestyle.
