I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service of Advanced IPM. I had gotten a quote from another company which said that the condition in my attic was bad enough that I needed to spend close to $5000 to fumigate. When I called AIPM for a second opinion, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and polite gentleman named Jordan. He spent nearly an hour inspecting our home (for free!) and shared there were 3 locations on side that needed treatment and the situation was not bad enough to require tenting. I asked a slew of question and he answered all of than knowledgeably. We then scheduled an appointment where Jorge, with over 10 years experience came to do the work. He was incredible and as he said, "small and nimble enough" to get up/over/around all the beams to treat areas and do a second inspection in others. He then cared entire attic with a Borax (sp?). It was a very reasonable price and I get a free inspection in 11 months to ensure no new termites, or the work is free. Highly recommend! read more

After five companies, this company was the honest one! Jordan let me know I did not have rodents. I had rabbits droppings everybody else made me think I had rats. I had no idea what rat droppings look like they look like rice. Jordan was excellent he followed through on everything. He said he would do. Both Jordan who came out to do an initial inspection and quote and Jorge who performed the work were excellent. The knowledge they both had regarding our personal pest control challenges given our rural area were top notch. Jorge took great care to make sure every area was carefully treated and remove all the webs our previous pest control company had missed . Jordan offered deterrent solutions that were safe for pets children and did not hurt the delicate balance of nature we wanted to keep in our yard. After Jorge was finished with our treatment it was night and day quality and clean up from what it was before . I quickly canceled our previous pest control company contract as a result . Advanced IPM was very quick to respond to our wildlife removal request for an abandoned birds nest which a lot of companies will not even deal with. Pricing was very reasonable. The inspection was thorough and very detailed showing me places that were overlooked or not treated correctly by the last company. After being presented a treatment contract offer at a very reasonable rate I signed on. I've been a long-time customer of Advanced IPM, but I've decided to discontinue my service due to a frustrating recent experience. Without any notice, my quarterly pest control service was changed to bi-monthly. Then, when I moved and reached out for a quote for my new home, they first provided pricing for bi-monthly service. When I asked for a second quote for quarterly service instead, the price came back almost exactly the same with no real explanation as to why I'd be paying nearly the same amount for significantly less service. When I questioned the pricing, I received no real explanation or justification for why the cost wouldn't decrease with reduced frequency. The lack of transparency and customer consideration in their pricing and communication made me feel undervalued as a long-term customer.
