The therapy rooms are nice enough, though not posh, and they're equipped comparably to fancier spas. Linens are clean and new. My LMT is Jillian. She's very capable and committed to helping me -- and I'm an extreme case with improperly healed injuries, degenerative disc disease, and so on. Like most LMT's she has a calm and pleasing demeanor that reassures and relaxes me. If you want great service at an affordable price (almost half of what that large National chain charges over in WeHa) in a safe and clean environment, this place is for you. I asked her to do trigger point treatment prior to my appointment. After my appointment, she told me that another therapist at the place did that technique. She was very sweet and down-to-earth though. During my first massage, my room was next to the door. In the middle of the massage, a bunch of chatty Cathy's barged in for some reason and would not shut up. The sounded like teenaged soccer players. This temporarily disrupted my massage. Another problem was that the sheets on the massage smelled and looked old, and outdated. I agree with another reviewer that it looked more like a doctor's office than a spa. I would maybe come back if I tried a different therapist. I have had better massages with Groupon deals which was ironic because many of the not-so-fantastic treatments advertise on Groupon.
