The customer service representative assured me that an air duct vacuum would be performed and even recommended a promotional package that supposedly included both vent and duct cleaning. However, when the technician arrived, he only cleaned the vents and did not perform the air duct vacuuming as promised. When I questioned this and called the supervisor, he informed me that I had purchased only the basic package, which does not include air duct cleaning--contradicting what the representative had told me. To make matters worse, I felt pressured to proceed and pay for the service because they insisted the technician was already at my home. This felt misleading, unethical and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and transparent service.

A quick yelp and Google search for a carpet cleaning company brought me to this guys. I called pretty bummed and freaked out. I was answered immediately (8:30AM mind you) and spoke to Mike (Later on I found out he's one of the owners). He calmed me down said not to panic, told me they don't have anyone available until late afternoon but that they'll be sure to put me on they're scheduled the very same day. About 30 minutes later Mike called to let me know that all of the technicians were booked but instead of letting me down he said that he'll come and take care of in person. I was so impressed with his customer service and shocked by his dedication. After the carpet cleaning service was done the stain was completely gone, the carpet looked as if nothing happened to it and Mike made sure that all was taken care of. I had not looked into chimney repair before, but a bird entering your house like it's Santa will make you consider installing a chimney cap. Joe explained chimney caps to me like I was five years old, in the most respectful way. He explained how the chimney would need two caps because usually the furnace vents through the chimney. He explained how to check for myself in the basement. He was right. He also explained the chimney crown and that it needed to be replaced. I wondered how he could know that since no one climbed to the chimney during the estimate. I asked for pictures before the work started. The crown had cracks but served the house well for 80 years. He was right again. His team showed up, explained the scope of work, gently moved our plants out of the way, and got to work. We also had several bricks that needed to be replaced. That required the team to remove the broken brick, spread mortar, and install new bricks. They match the house well. I napped in front of the fireplace while they worked. I could only hear light tapping from the brick removal process. They sent photos while the work was in progress. Great photos that I will share with you below. Joe and his team exceeded my expectations.
