The next day, after taking several hours to review the report, my wife & I had a few questions. I called Alex again & he picked up on the first ring. He told me that he would do a thorough inspection and include lots of pictures since we would not be there. The report seemed good until I took possession of the home. Leaky sink, noticeable mold, running toilets, cracks, broken gate, broken cabinet drawers, etc. just many things that were not included in his report. I contacted Chris on September 6th originally and did not get a reply until September 12th about the kitchen sink. His reply was that the home was occupied during the inspection and under the sink had supplies (so basically he did not inspect for leaks). He did not need eyes to smell the mold or feel the moisture and although he does not inspect for mold the smell is obvious, and so is the damage from the leaky sink. The report was beyond basic. Unfortunately I can NOT recommend A-Pro or Chris for home inspection. Choose a company that stands by their work and is not just out to collect a paycheck.
