I have to say I've had a hard time with this company but they have always done me right due to some issues. I had paid into a system that if I lost my job they would pay my car payments.. but when I lost my job they said I had to be out of work for 30 days and on unemployment for 2 months before I qualify. They said it only paid a small percentage of the car payments. So I made a deal with the supervisor, Brian, that I would pay 100 bucks a week until I got my job and then when I got a job, I would call and let him know what my paydays were. I planned on calling him today when I took my break and they tried to run my credit card and it bounced back. The lady called me and snapped me because my card was insufficient and I told her that it shouldn't be on auto pay and she was extremely rude so I fired back. I'm tired of this company. This place is terrible. I went here to get a car because another dealership referred me. They gave me the runaround on their cars. I finally agreed to one of the SUVs they offered, next thing I know it was unavailable. So I then had to settle for a car because I had to get something fast so I wouldn't lose another day of work. They day I got the car the check engine light comes on after driving 60 miles. I call them and tell them it is ridiculous and they tell me to call their repair guy. I call the repair guy and he tells me to take it to auto zone or advanced Auto to have them check it and tells me to call him back. I have now called the repair shop for the last three days with no answer and no call back after I left several messages. I would not recommend this place at all. I was taken advantage of and I will be contacting a lawyer and definitely will be contacting BBB. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! Bought our 2nd vehicle from here 2 months ago and regret that decision every day. When we bought it there was an issue with it stalling when you stop (stop signs, traffic lights, etc.). We were told that they'd 'take care of it'. Finally got it in and had an O2 sensor replaced. Guess what? It's still stalling out and NO ONE will call us back! And I just found out today that the horn doesn't work either!!! Isn't that a safety issue?? Also, when I called in to pay the remainder of our down payment, John took my card info over the phone, WHILE ON SPEAKER WITH OTHER CLIENTS SITTING RIGHT THERE!!! So I had to call my bank and get a new card issued. read more

Thinking about filing a class action lawsuit against this company. bought a suv from them in Jan 2023. have had nothing but issues with the vehicle since driving it off the lot. spent 500 deductible for the power train warranty as my engine has oil consumption. they could not fix the issue and now are telling me that it is not covered under their warranty. i am not a happy customer. after reading all the reviews on the bbb i have notice i am not alone and many people are not happy. would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were lied to and were not given complete information about the insurance. We received the contract and insurance documents by email which were encrypted with a password and were not able to be opened for us to read. Now after my daughter was in an accident and totaled the car we were told that there was no insurance on the vehicle yet we were paying monthly payments on an insurance policy we thought we had and then had to pay a $1000 deductible and $600 to keep from being sued by the finance company. This company is not honest and upfront about anything. The insurance which is thru the finance company will not provide a claim number, saying that the car is totaled so there is not a claim number. Even though we paid everything that we were asked to pay, the insurance company will not release the title to the impound lot and may end up causing us to go to court with the impound lot! They will not even talk to the guy at the impound lot! When I called the insurance adjuster about this, he yelled at me. This company is very shady and dishonest. I will never buy another vehicle from them again! I would NOT recommend them to anyone! They are scam artists to say the least! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! You will have nothing but law suits and headaches on your hands as well as issues with the vehicle(s). read more

RUN FAR, FAR AWAY... this is long but please read. this place is an absolute joke. They sold me a junk car, for almost 3x it's value, at an insane interest rate. For starters the very minute I dove off the lot in my new car it started jerking and slipping because of a transmission issue. No big deal right because I paid an extra $1,200 for their extended motor and transmission coverage. So I took it into their shop they looked it over said I had something unplugged, charged me my $100 deductible and sent me on my way. Big surprise the issue was still there, and so I take it to a ford dealer who then states it needs new clutch packs in the transmission, so when I tell this information to "take advantage of you for a car and credit" they then tell me this wouldn't be covered under my warranty. Why? Who knows, they sell you a transmission warranty just to be able to nit pick what that actually means and what it covers. Sounds like false advertisement to me. The real kick in the ass was when I was randomly messing with my vehicles onboard diagnostics system when I saw it was saying the odometer was reading 188,000 miles, which was odd because the odometer outside of this hidden menu that's just constantly on reads 110,000. Very interesting. Looking into my options on what to do about that issue. But in the end I'll finish this off where I started, run very far of you value your time, money, and sanity. read more
