Then I recieved an email that stated that the next step was to schedule a quick 20 min call to follow up on a few details. So I called spoke to a gentleman Name William, the first thing I asked was why would you do a hard inquiry on me if I didnt submit the application? according to William I did submit and was approved, now I am like wow how is that but ok, William wanted me to come in same day told him that i would come the next day but before I come can you tell me the terms of this Loan I am so called approved for. William put me on hold and now its crickets they wont answer the phone and William has yet to tell me the terms of this so called loan. the next call will be to the state attorney to complain and then to The CFPB. feel like a scam but its just bad business practices.

    Purchased a used Mercedes GLC from this dealership in January 2025 for my daughter's first car, and…read morewhat followed has been one of the most incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered with any business. The first red flag should have been the sales process itself. Ross altered numbers, overcharged us, and provided inaccurate figures both on paperwork and to the loan company in order to secure the sale. When the discrepancy was discovered and we demanded it be corrected -- because yes, $200 matters when you are already handing over a $9,000 down payment -- instead of fixing the error properly, we were brushed off with promises of a "free oil change" that was never honored. The ONLY smart decision made during this purchase was buying the extended warranty Ross pushed so aggressively. Since purchasing the vehicle, my daughter has been stranded on the interstate, we've dealt with towing expenses, repeated breakdowns, and multiple major mechanical failures. While frustrating, I understood that used vehicles can have issues, and I was thankful we had the warranty coverage. That's where this dealership somehow became even worse. When scheduling service, I clearly documented every issue with the vehicle, including warning lights and mechanical concerns. The car remained there for over a week. Ross personally called to say the vehicle was "completely fixed," the warranty had paid approximately $2,300, and everything was ready for pickup. My daughter drove 45 minutes, paid the deductible, got into the car... and absolutely nothing had been repaired. The dashboard was still lit up like a Christmas tree. After confronting them, the explanation was essentially that they somehow collected money from BOTH the customer and the warranty company while simultaneously "missing" every actual repair request. We AGAIN documented every issue in writing and made it abundantly clear what needed repaired. Another week passes. Jacob then texts saying the vehicle is "100% ready this time." The level of disrespect, arrogance, and lack of professionalism from him throughout this process was astounding. Dismissive, rude, degrading, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. He proudly tells me the warranty paid "another $4,000." And yet AGAIN -- the vehicle was STILL not repaired. The invoice itself listed: * Oil leak * Failed electric water pump * Collapsed motor mount * Rear wiper failure * Coolant pump issues * Air compressor problems * Front wheel speed sensor failure * Rear brake pad sensor * Starter battery excessive resistance * Lower oil pan leak Yet somehow, despite thousands being billed and collected, the vehicle was STILL returned unfixed. Ross's explanation? "I knew the air was the priority." The AIR was the priority? Not the active oil leak? Not the failed water pump? Not the issues that could destroy the engine or create a serious safety concern for a teenage driver? At this point, I genuinely cannot tell whether this dealership operates through incompetence, fraudulent warranty billing, deliberate deception, or some combination of all three. The car has now been there for nearly a MONTH and still has not been properly repaired. After happily selling the warranty and repeatedly agreeing to complete repairs, they are now suddenly claiming they are "moving away from warranty work." We are now involving an attorney because we are out thousands of dollars while being given the runaround by people presenting themselves as professionals while operating with absolutely no integrity, accountability, or honesty. Please do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership. Disgusting experience from start to finish.

I went with my nephew to make sure he didn't get taken advantage of since he didn't have much experience buying a car. With Idrive, I think he would have been fine without me. Almost everybody dreads walking into a car dealership because you're expecting the high pressure and sales tricks? Idrive was different. Dealing with their sale representative Liz and owner Edgar was a pleasure. They were straight forward and transparent about the sales process and offered us a great car at a very fair price. They were professional and got the paper work don't quickly so we weren't forced to wait unnecessarily. I will definitely give them a shout the next time I'm looking for a car.

    DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! they act all nice and get you in…read morea car you love till the car breaks down and they argue back and forth. we broke down on the highway! Almost got hit ! the lady hung up over 2 times and got super nasty with us and would place us on hold when we got rude back. they finally agreed to give a tow. Took over an hour to get a tow then when we finally got to the shop the guy was rude and giving nasty ass looks. told us the guys happened to be at lunch all of them? Go figure. Took an hour to get the car looked at... then bout 30 mins later called to say the was already done excuse me what? No way! we get there they tell us they deleted a code and fixed a leak (Which wasn't the issue) head home THE CAR BREAKS DOWN WITH THE SAME EXACT ISSUE!!!! now we have to wait till Monday for them to look wt it? Refuse to give us a rental car to get us to and from work.... And ended up hanging up on us.... extremely rude! we may not have a job to pay for the car now since they refuse to help us. Called cooperate and the lady kept saying we had to call service... will never buy another car from them again or send people to them.

    I purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200S on August 5th. Kevin and Steve were the salesman. I arrived at…read more10:00 a.m. didn't leave with my purchase vehicle until almost 8:00. We were never offered a glass of water, a soda, pop, etc. Above and beyond that, they were pushy with their sales tactics and didn't even bother to take more than $500 off of the sales price of the vehicle and their warranty was over $2,000 and does not cover the entire components of the vehicle either. To make matters worse, 37 days after I bought the car it blew up! Water pump, radiator, cruise control, tachometer and speedometer don't work either! To make matters worse, you have to use byriders dealership for your repairs and they only have two technicians for the entire repair shop. They do not answer their phone and do not return voicemail messages or emails as well. I have yet to receive my two tow bill reimbursement and it's November and the occurrences happened in September and again in the first part of October. Be prepared for your car to take up to a month for repairs! BUYER BEWARE!!
