Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. Hi Team, Andrew has decided not to reinstate his PC services, citing that Brian did not disclose there would be a reinstatement fee of $141 at the time of their conversation. He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled and stated he intends to post a negative review on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to share his experience.
