I really appreciate the professionalism and punctuality that Hoffer brings to the table. Their technicians are always on time and they do a great job with regular exterior treatments as well as any interior issues that come up. They are also courteous and knowledgeable. They always explain the treatment process and answer any questions that I have. However, one thing that I found to be disappointing with Hoffer was the quality of their optional mosquito treatment. Despite routine treatment and even double the usual treatment at times, the result was...lots of mosquitoes. I don't know what they're spraying exactly but it's completely ineffective. I was hesitant. I was afraid I'd have thousands of ants coming out of the holes and wake up in the morning and my house would be infested, but it was the opposite. We woke up the next morning, and it was as quiet as a mouse so I waited about a week before I got in touch with Eric to see if the problem seemed to be resolved and it was! what a fabulous company.
