Her previous vet seemed unconcerned with my dog's diagnosis, only suggesting changing her diet. Dr. Mann, however, went into immediate save-this-dog-mode from the very first visit. She took such excellent care of my little girl, but unfortunately she was too far along in the illness, and after a few weeks she died. The front office staff was friendly, upbeat, kind, understanding, and wonderful, just like Dr. Mann throughout the entire experience.

Most of the staff are nice and the prices are good but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. My dog needed to have surgery and they had me drop her off at 7am. I called them at 4pm because I hadn't received an update and I was told she hadn't even gone into surgery yet...I had to take time off work to drop her off early which is fine but it was frustrating to find out they just had her waiting around in a crate all day. Another instance is when I brought her in for some vaccinations and waited with her in the lobby for over 45 minutes. No one said anything to me and I had to ask multiple times to see what was going on because I shouldn't have had to wait that long. It was also frustrating because I moved my appointment from 4pm to 2:30pm and then literally waited until 3:30 to be seen anyway. Also, if you're in a room, they'll say they'll be back and then leave you in there for like 20-30 minutes without an update and you'll have to go into the hall and flag someone down to remind them that you're still there. They also let owners go into the surgery room when they drop off their pet while people are literally operating on an animal a few feet away...seems unsanitary to me. Luckily I'm moving so I won't have to come back but if I wasn't, I would have really considered finding a new veterinarian. Only good thing about this place is the price.

I don't know how many people it takes to trim a dogs nails but they both went to the back, and left a dog, strapped and unattended on the grooming table. That poor dog was shaking and whining the entire time (which was really only about 5 minutes but still not cool). The lady brought my dog back out and I looked down and saw blood on my poor pups paw. Of course, I said "omg is she bleeding?!" And the lady said "oh is she?" Then after she took a look she said "oh yeah, I cut a little close on that nail but I put quick stop on it so it's fine" I'm sure it's difficult to cut a dog's nails but that's why I brought her somewhere to see someone experienced. She did not have the appropriate or expected response to the fact that she hurt my dog. Also their manners left a lot to be desired. Overall, I am not satisfied with my experience at all. My dog was hurt and the other dog was clearly in distress. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone.

He was fine the next day so we didn't think much of it. The next time we took him in after I got him home my truck was filled with blood! She had cut his rear nail too short and it was bleeding everywhere. It took us two hours to stop the bleeding! If that wasn't bad enough, he started limping on his front paw. We checked it and in between his foot pad it was cut up I assume from the clippers to cut the hair between his paws. We put Neosporin on it, then wrapped up for several days changing out the gauze twice a day for several days. He seems better today. We called and left a message with no return call. Do yourself and your pet a favor and go elsewhere.

A to Z Feasibility was very responsive to our concerns. They listened to our goals and developed a feasibility study that was focused on our goals and budget. They finished the study ahead of schedule, giving us a plan with a detailed cost breakout for all the required and optional steps. And throughout the process, they called us regularly with updates, so we always knew what they had just learned and what they were working on next. That really impressed me. They helped us compare costs of different building sites. They emailed me interactive maps that showed setbacks, utilities, topography, etc. And they took the time to explain everything to me (someone without a lot of home-building experience), so that I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend A to Z Feasibility if you are looking to purchase land and trying to figure out how much your home building project will cost.
