Definitely a dive-y kind of place so I'm keeping that in mind for my rating. Walked in for an early small dinner bite on a Wednesday and it was already fairly busy. No one at the front to greet anyone so we sat ourselves. A server came by shortly after and took our order. She was clearly very busy but was friendly. I had to get my oyster fix so we ordered the chargrilled oysters, pig wings, and fried blue crab claws. The oysters were just ok, heavy on the parm cheese and a bit too salty. The crab claws were sad, puny and dry. The best thing were the pig wings but not enough for me to come back. This is obviously a popular local hang out. I was trying to get away from the smoking casino atmosphere but no such luck here. The vibe just wasn't for me personally and I just didn't enjoy my experience here. read more

Stopped in to grab a bit and watch some playoff food all. It's a great little sports bar a few blocks from the casinos in Biloxi. The food ended up being way better than expected. The portions were massive. We had chargrilled, and raw oysters. Both of which were great. Then we had the quesadilla (delicious) and the oyster po boy which was comical how big it was, but also very good. The staff was quick and very friendly. I've had this restaurant saved on a "go to" list in Biloxi and finally made the stop. We arrived at 11:11, and pulled on locked doors. One of the employees (in chef ware) opened the doors and apologized for the inconvenience. As we were the first customers in the door, I was expecting some employees to be finishing up opening work, but not all. Not a single other employee looked our direction, let alone acknowledged our presence. After several seconds of standing there, unsure of whether to seat ourselves or not, we decided to leave. I have worked multiple FOH positions, and expect at least the bartenders to address the customers if a host/hostess is unavailable. The restaurant also has a dingy smell to it. When out on the town in Biloxi, my boyfriend and I decided to stop for dinner at Adventures Pub & Spirits. We were greeted and seated right away, and our waitress was really friendly and nice. I did not, however, like how there were people smoking inside of the pub. Also, they didn't really have a good selection of craft beer on tap, which was disappointing. We ordered 6 raw oysters and 6 barbecue oysters. Both kinds of oysters were delicious. I had to step out of the pub while my boyfriend was taking care of the bill because of all the secondhand smoke that was bothering my sinuses. Apart from the smoking and lack of craft beer, I thought it was a nice pub. As for my boyfriend, he really liked the place and would've been okay with hanging out there longer, if I hadn't had a problem with the smoke. Came here after a coworker recommended it, I was excited to try it. However what I didn't know was this place allows smoking inside. If I had known that beforehand I wouldn't have even tried it. But right after work getting there around 6pm it was pretty full and soon enough I was surrounded by smokers. I had wanted to order food but just stayed for a single beer , finished it quickly then left. Not sure if I would go back inside. The staff wore face masks, but some patrons were puffing on cigarettes, so I'm not sure how safe from COVID you can really be there.
