Wow wow wow! What an amazing place! There was so much to do, and so many different activities that catered to all ages! The staff was no over bearing like some of the other competitors parks, we were allowed to play as a family in almost every obstacle. There was a great playground for kiddos with lots of hidden surprises like swings and the facility was clean and well kept. We can not wait to come back! read more

Nothing but fun! My kids love it here! They have activities for kids of all ages from toddler to teen.

I was looking for something to different to do with my kids and I found this place on yelp. We came today my kids had a blast we usually go to skyzone but they get board after about a half hour we came for 90 minutes today and could have stayed longer lots to do for kids of all ages it is nice and open so you can sit and see your kids play I like sky zone it has places to sit near the trampolines and the playground area we will be back again read more

Having a birthday party here and it's amazingly disorganized. They even put gifts for our children in someone else's room. I would stay away if you want to have a child's birthday party. This is the worst jump place I've ever been too. Huge disappointment and embarrassment. Go somewhere else, if not, you have been warned. I take my girls to this park almost every chance I can since they have opened !! great place for kids and even for adults !! have the most fun in the dodge ball -- the rock climbing wall could be better though went in today and found out the gm chris is no longer working there very disappointed he seemed like the life of the party haha !! but over all great staff and great place to bring your friends and family to let the stress out .. its my excuse for exercise when I bring my girls so I don't need to go to the gym hahahahaha read more

Out of all the trampoline parks I've been to, I believe Aero is the best. They have a great facility with lots of things for their jumpers to do. They also have a play area with slides and other activities and I love that they don't charge extra for that. read more

Awful. Greeted by Krystal who was blowing her nose and a follow up wipe with her bare hand and then she extends same nasty hands to register & take the gift for the party we are attending. Way too many adults on the activities with the kids and not with their own kids...super sketchy. Attendants are not paying attention at all, 3&4 kids in the same square etc. Would never come back. People are nice, and and there is no arcade-- so less noise and I don't have to have the argument with kids over spending extra money on that. I really appreciate that. This is a really fun place. Some of the teen patrons can be too rough to younger children in the dodge ball area. And since most of the workers are pretty young themselves, they're just not up to being firm. But that's pretty minor, we just avoid that area, or leave when the teens show up. Great prices. Nice people. Super fun. read more

Aero has been a great addition to the city. My 6 year old LOVES this facility, but there are people of all ages jumping (yes, that includes moms and dads). It is really a fun time. read more

This is my son's favorite trampoline park! We have been to many other trampoline parks and he prefers to jump at this location only. Not only is it very inexpensive to jump for an hour at $8 but their staff are very helpful and polite. I like that they have plenty of seating for anyone who wishes not to jump and just sit back and watch. Birthday parties are fun too! They also provide paper plates, cups, napkins and cutlery which is good not to have to worry about buying those extra things. read more

This is perfect spot if you are looking for some fun indoor activity for toddlers and older kids. My toddlers love the toddler area the big slide is awesome. Older kids enjoy the virtual reality game. And everyone will enjoy the trampolines. read more

We decided to throw our sons 7th birthday here. It was $300 for ten kids with pizza included. You had to bring your own cake. Upon trying to get details for what we needed to bring the day before for decorations or plates or silverware, no one answered the phone. Upon arriving (cake, presents, drinks all in hand) we found out although our party was booked 2-4 with jump time from 2-3 and pizza time from 3-4, you could not put anything in a room until 3. Then when we got in the room finally at 3:10, the room was empty with nothing but a roll of table covering halfway unrolled and a pile of plates a woman came in to apologize that nothing was set up. As she set the two pizzas down. So I set it up. Then we finally got all the kids in the room at 3:15, ate pizza (not even enough for two slices per kid). We rushed cake and gifts. At 3:40 they were rushing us out of the room. Trying to book parties for one hour back to back with no cleaning or set up time. It was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I will not recommend to anyone. Ever. Maybe to go jump on your own is fine. But definitely not for a party. read more

The place is super fun and their glow night is pretty cool. The DJ plays up to date hip hop songs which adds to the fun atmosphere. However, the rude staff really kills this place. This was my second time coming here and I will definitely not be returning. I guess there's a reason why every other trampoline park was sold out besides this one.. read more

This place is huge! we just hosted my son 4 years old party here. my son loves it. every time he comes here, he does not want to leave. this place is fun for both adults and kids. Playground area is awesome! They also have a jumping section just for toddlers and dodge ball area for older kids. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with my 4 kids. I expected it being a day off of school to be busy. However, it was completely disorganized and chaotic to get in. It should have been clearly marked that 1 Line was for people who bought tickets online and another line for people who needed to buy tickets. Not enough employees to work ticket sales. A line out the door and I'm sure was breaking the fire code for the amount of people cramped in a small space. Having signs saying people need a waiver 1st should be posted in more clearly marked places than a wall to the right which most people aren't looking for when it's extremely crowded. Employees working the floor were just standing around doing nothing. One was even voicing his face off a balloon along the railing. Perhaps, more people trained for register during peak times? Paying $80 for 4 kids is a lot and having a stressful, 15 minutes extra wait is unacceptable. Also, there was a alarm of some sort that could be heard beeping at times even or the music off and on during the 90 minute session. I also sent this as a email to Aero and got no response from anyone who worked there. I did get a nice response from a manager who no longer works there. So, updating your staff contact info would be nice as well. How can a place do proper business with no appropriate contact info!? Also, posting on your website that the hours on no school days are not at 3 but 10am. Helpful towards business and parents looking for a place to go. For sure would try Apex in Marlboro or Urban Air in Bellingham before here again! read more

This place is by far the biggest germ box I ever been too . When you walk in it smells like wet dog,it's crowded , unorganized, staff were on their phone,dirty shirts, not groomed , just not enjoyable. read more

We really like this place. We live just a couple minutes from the one in East Providence and prefer to travel to this park. We have been for parties, and by ourselves. And never leave disappointed. The wipe out machine in the back is down a lot, is the only problem! (Not enough to change rating though). They typically let you bring your coffee in, which is awesome. The staff pays attention to the safety of the jumpers which is most important. read more

This place is pretty cool and my kids love it here. The only thing I would recommend is to avoid the weekends because it gets packed with birthday parties. When I went there on a Saturday night one of the little kids got lost because it was too hectic but overall it's a great place to burn off some energy. read more
