We asked for them to leave the coverings up so that we could do the painting ourselves later. Instead, Roberto took down their dirty coverings, cleaned everything up very nicely, and then re-taped and covered everything back up with new coverings. Very cool! They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them, it seems like a normal part of how they operate. We really enjoyed working with our foreman Ernesto, who was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure we were 100% happy with the work. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature.
