I found Eboni at Balanced Esthetics here (Yelp) and booked a lash lift/eyebrow wax for a Saturday morning, knowing I'd likely be makeup free for a day or so following the process. She waxed and tinted my brows first - and was pretty amused when I informed her afterward that it was my first time because I didn't flinch. She's that meticulous. The keratin lash lift was next; my eyes were pretty irritated from seasonal allergies, but the formula in the kit she used was actually very pleasant-smelling and mild so after the pads were in place, I just lay on the table, air pods in and drifted into an antihistamine pseudonap for about 45 minutes; during the last 15 or so minutes, my lash tint was brushed on. The final result was a no-makeup makeup look; refreshed, refined and 100% better than when I walked through the door.
