I can't recommend this company enough. This was my first time using a lawn maintenance service, in the past I've tried to do my own yard clean-up. However, as a night shift nurse it is generally difficult to find the time. I was long overdue for some lawn care, but have been sick the last two weeks and knew I couldn't do it myself. I'm so glad my rental company referred me to them. Not only did they pull all of my weeds from the roots and clean up the dog poop, but they even pressure washed my rocks, patio and sidewalk, all in less than 2 hours. I feel that I got more than my money's worth as it was very affordable. See before and after photos. I reached out to Affordable when my regular service wasn't available for over a week and my irrigation system had a mind of its own and kept kicking on. Kyle came out to give me an estimate - when he discovered that my (now former) landscaper didn't turn an irrigation valve off all the way. Horrible service. I've been watching them on camera for almost 2 months. Noticed they keep cutting the same bushes almost everytime they come. I paid a large amount 1st service to get bushes they way we want them, not over grown. We'll they're over grown now. Told them my concerns 2 weeks ago after last service and sent them pictures. Came out today and barely did what we are looking for or asked for. Again today I reached out to them about our concerns and sent them pictures. Her response was they're only suppose to be there 30 minutes and the stayed over an hour. But didn't do much, still looks horrible. Because i complained they canceled our service. So I hired this company to shape the bushes and up keep my property. They pretty much destroyed my plant. The first visit they only got the front yard done, leaving the back still a reck. They came back for a second visit and still didn't finish the back yard. I wrote them in an email after the first visit and told them to shape the bushes, don't hack away the branches leaving my bushes and trees bare. They said ok. This time they came back and did the same thing. SMH. They also don't have electric tools so they don't have enough time to finish or able to actually shape the bushes. I'm the neighbor of the person who hired this company, they were trimming palm trees next door to me while I was watching TV. They used my front yard to store the fronds they cut, drug trash cans back and forth across my rock bed and used a leaf blower to blow the remains into my yard while they were cleaning. I walked outside to confront them about this and was mostly ignored as they cleaned up to quickly leave. I was left to sweep my porch of the mess and pick up my yard from this horrible service. This was an awful experience. I hired them to do a basic clean up of my yard including trimming bushes and small trees to be performed Oct 9th, 2020. What I got was six 5 inch size holes that were melted into my artificial lawn, and I paid $200 for that. When I called the company and submitted pictures I got the run around for more than 2 months. Finally, they stated that it was not caused by them but rather an 'act of God' as the sun melted the spots in my yard. I owned this for 2 years and never had any issues, the first time I hire someone and now I have melted spots in my yard??? I contacted another landscaping company to check out and they said it looked like a hot muffler melted it, but definitely not the sun. I recently put in a service request with my rental company for my palm trees to be clipped and cleaned up. The rental company put in a request with Affordable Lawn Maintenance to complete the job. Affordable Lawn Maintenance contacted me July 20th via text message saying they received the request an would contact me once they got me on the schedule. I thanked them because I have a dog and wanted to be home when the workers arrived to make sure everything was okay for everyone. I never received a phone call as the text message from Affordable Lawn Maintenance stated would come. I come home from work this week to my palm trees clipped and clean (which they did a fantastic job doing). Let me start this by saying I would give 0 stars if that were an option as 1 star is being too generous. I had, HAD, a beautiful fig tree in my back yard. I had a few branches that were starting to hang over my neighbors fence and a few branches that were hanging over a cobble stone pathway near the tree. I asked to have it trimmed back a little so that it wasnt obstructing the walkway or hanging over my neighbors fence. So yesterday they dispatched their crew to perform the work. I now so deeply and painfully regret ever asking for my tree to be trimmed. They literally took no care and butchered my tree. They trimmed a fig tree like it was a birch tree. Instead of beautiful green foliage, it has a few branches remaining. I am literally sickend at the sight of my tree now. Instead of taking care and trimming the tree like requested, it was all about how quickly the guy could get done and go on to the next house. I can only assume he just ran up the trunk and branches with a chainsaw untill he got as high up as he could reach and thats where he stoped. I might have 15 green branches left on a tree that used to be full and healthy. And to add insult to injury, it is still hanging over my neighhbors fence. I WILL NOT ask them to come back out to trim it back. But i hope no one ever uses these butchers again read more

I used this company for 7 months and they are terrible, deceitful and dishonest. They installed over 20 plants, artificial turf and paver stones. They told me they could not guarantee the plants unless I signed up for their $85.00 a month maintenance service, which they would visit my house every 2 weeks. At first everything was ok, then a Blueberry tree died. They replaced the dead tree with an ugly Compact xylosma low branch tree. When they replaced the tree the workers stole several shovels and garden tools from my backyard. They initially denied that their workers took the tools, but I persisted and had photographs of the tools in the backyard. They brought back 2 of the tools and replaced the rest. The Compact xylosma tree started to die, I believe it was because it was at the end of the irrigation line and did not get enough water. I sent them pictures of the dying tree and they said they would wait until the temperature dropped, then apply fertilizer and everything would be ok. Every two weeks their maintenance crew would show up and do minor weeding and clean up. I don't know if they were monitoring the tree or not. Last week I noticed my water main was slowly running all the time and my water bill had increased. I narrowed it down to the backyard irrigation valve and sent an email to the company. They said they would send somebody out Monday to look at it. The technician arrived and performed maintenance on the valve, got it unstuck, or a small piece of debri was in the line. The valve now worked fine. While the technician was there he noticed that 4 bushes that they had planted in my front yard were dying. I told him they had been dying for about a month, ever since the heatwave hit here locally. During the heatwave we had begun to hand water all of our landscape. The rest of our 30+ plants have done well, actually thrived. The technician left and then I received an email from the company and they stated that the Blueberry Tree they had replaced earlier was not healthy. They also said they would send me a quote to replace the Compact xylosma low branch tree and the 4 bushes in the front yard. I was surprised, because earlier they said they were going to come out and fertilize the tree. I questioned that I would have to pay for plants again that they should have been monitoring. They had seen the plants every two weeks. The rest of my plants are doing well, it is just the 5 plants that are dying, these are plants that they supplied. They also stated that I could not expect plants to last longer than 7 months here in Las Vegas. I refused to pay the $360.00 they were asking for and have terminated their maintenance service and would recommend that you avoid this unscrupulous company. read more

Just had my first service. We had experienced a few instances with them through our landlord and decided to give them a try. We received a great price for the amount of work needing to be done (the property needs TLC as everything was practically dead when we moved in and we've been working hard to save what we can). The service is not great. I paid for a monthly lawn service to include maintenance. However, if a sprinkler breaks before or after schedule maintenance, they will charge you a fee of $75 dollars to come out and fix. I didn't think it was appropriate since i was paying for that service already. The representative told me twice that I could use other services in Vegas if i was not happy.
