Despite this, they honored the original quote and did not increase the price. Our technicians, Logan and Bradley, were professional, respectful of our home, and careful not to damage anything or leave a mess while efficiently completing the job. What also stood out was the honesty. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell additional work. Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. This was a stark contrast to another plumbing company I had used previously, which told me I needed to replace the entire main line. Shannon is very meticulous which I appreciated and paid attention to detail. The outside shut off valve also needed the regulator replaced (the cost was very expensive) but the house is 20+ years old so I gave my approval. Shannon did an excellent job and didn't mind me watching, not to check his work but to learn, I'm always looking to learn about any trade. Afterwords they cleaned up everything and were on their way. As a side note Shannon reminded me of an old biker friend of mine. Don't let the looks deceive you, he is a master at his craft.
