I can't add a review on Google for some reason, but DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved out, but it took a…read morebit to actually take my lock off and make it official and getting a hold of someone here was pretty difficult. But that's not my issue. The people here are nice. My issue is the rat droppings and the DEAD. RAT. I found inside my storage unit. I was so disgusted, I didn't even bothering cleaning it out. Thankfully the property manager gave me gloves and a face mask so I had protection, but it's still so disgusting and so incredibly unsafe. There are so many diseases and infections you can catch from rodent droppings and a freaking rodent carcass. And I'm still being charged $80 after I moved out on top of it! I will never rent here again and I do not recommend this business to anyone.

I arrived the night prior to my key not working on my storage unit lock and was told the office was closed and had to come back the next day, which is today December 29th. Had the manager try my keys and when she couldn't get them to work she decided the best action would be to drill the lock out and replace with a new one. After the lock was drilled I couldn't get the door to fully open on the unit and when I noticed my tv had been thrown into it the door I looked further in and seen everything in my unit thrown down. Everything was literally piled in the middle of the unit, I left well organized. After I got the door open all my shoes, clothes, shoes purses etc was gone. PLEASE BE AWARE AND CAUTIOUS IF YOU RENT A UNIT HERE.

I get there,the same time as another customer who i believe was getting unit.. I could be wrong . So I tell the kid I want to pay my storage I get my cash out and hes says" we dont take cash " im like what what do you mean you dont cash ? Then hes says were closing . Im like so . Ive come in at 4oclock on the nose before and paid it with no issues. Now today I cant today because of some kid is lazy .. he says we dont take cash 10min before closing .. but youll help the other chick get a storage unit. Seems like that would take a lot longer then just opening up the till and taking my money . Just saying . So I leave with out complaing . I figured ll go through some shit in my unit so driving out there wasnt a lost cause . Thats when I discovered they locked me out of my unit .. my contract says till the 10th before they lock you out.. today is the 8th . Keep in my mind i pay my storage fee over everymonth by $70 or $100. Just incase something like this happens . In the 15 plus years ive been there ive been a good customer . Between the break in(s), (which we found out by showing up there one day and having an extra lock and staged lock on it- with NO Call or notification), and having to throw out so much stuff ruined by rat feces and infestation, we moved on! Found holes along the wall where rats dug in. They say they have pest control out, but it is obviously not working, or a lie. I will say the blondish(?)lady up front was helpful and tried to get us a rate decrease for our troubles. BUT avoid this place at all costs!
