I gave The shop a call, Mark answered the phone when I asked him the quick questions about the installation he gave me a time frame and I showed up. Mark hooked up the headlights and despite how hot & humid the day his whole staff entertained me with a conversation while they all were working. I couldn't finish the job because I lacked the Bulb kit necessary but Mark pulled through yet again told me to come by next week and he'll install that too for a fair price. All around good spot and I'll bring my car back.

The first blew up within a week of having it and I was nearly slammed by another car since I was on the freeway, the second was even a match so my shop who was going to do the work refused to put it in. The third had a loose part in the engine so yet again they had to replace it. Finally on number for its still knocking. This guy knows NOTHING about cars other than they go vroom vroom and beep beep. Save your money and DO NOT go to him!

I had purchased an Spod/Bantam Pod (gang switch ) for all my lights and train horn, it was not installed correctly, I brought my truck to Brett and his team and they sorted it all out. They worked on my truck for close to 11 hours, typically they close at 6pm however they stayed late to finish the job, and didn't rush anything. They have a great shop, if you can't leave your truck/car they have a couch which is very inviting. I have nothing but good things to say about, The Custom Shop ! Needed some mounts replaced on my Ford Flex…read more I came. acros this shop during my search and was pleasantly surprised with the qualityof the work, professionalism of the shop, and how quickly they respond to inquiries. I was actually able to drop it off a few minutes before my 8am appointment and was surprised to hear it would ready in 2 hrs. I decided to hang around the neighborhood and found there are quite a few nice eating spots a short walk away. I normally try to give business to the Auto shops that advertise in my local church newsletter but to my disappoiment they always seem to be the most expensive and require me to drop off early an pick up late. I was actually trying to make an appointment with one of the advertisers, for this work, but they couldnt even bother replying to me. Their loss was a win-win for me. I came across a great shop and the price was very reasonable. With 37th Auto, I dropped off it off, walked, had a good breakfast, explored the neighborhood a little and was able to pick it up 2 hrs later and continue with my day.

Had a terrible experience at Jingle Bells Electronics…read more Called ahead to ensure they could provide the service and had the product I wanted. After some discussion and the up selling me.. They asked me to bring my vehicle in to triple check, just to be sure. Which I did. They are 1 hour away, which I figured out after I started discussions with them, but I brought it anyway. He said they'd take care of it and deal with Luxury cars all the time. Arriving at the location, they checked it out and said they could complete the job in about 3 or 4 hours, but not on that day (Saturday) as they initially said, as they'd have to order the unit (which they mentioned before that they had available). Cool, No Worries. No problem, I spent another $15 in Tolls and another hour to head back home with an appointment and my deposit paid for the following Saturday. I mentioned I had an Important event to attend (An event for my Birthday, but that's none of their business really) and they suggested I drop the car off the evening before they close, so they can get it started first thing on Saturday morning, so I can get the vehicle back early in the day. Sure. Spent the extra time fighting through Friday Afternoon Traffic to do so and struggled to make it back home. I get a call around 2pm on Saturday to say that there's an issue with the install and they couldn't deliver the vehicle on that day. I tried to pivot and rearrange my plans so I wouldn't waste time and money, but they promised to have the vehicle done by the next day, Sunday. Reminder! They've had the car since Friday.. I get a call on Sunday just after 12 to say that the Car is finally ready! Awesome! Get back there again ($80 Uber Ride) to be told that they can't complete the job and that, in fact, it wasn't ready and still, now, again, in pieces. It took me about 2 and a half hours to get there.. No one could call beforehand to say, well, we're still having issues? I tell the representative at the store that I've now wasted a weekend and maybe close to $200 in rides back and forth.. Why didn't you call me back when you realized it wasn't ready.. "Sorry" I'm then told that my car wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes because they had to put it back together. Okay. They give me $50 to help with Transportation costs. I'm told 45 minutes later that the car is ready. My car is filthy. Water bottles, packaging, wires.. And, 39 more miles on the odometer, but the gas tank filled up again. I will NEVER go back to this place, for ANYTHING for my vehicle and will GLADLY share my experience with them every chance I get with whoever wants to listen, because WTH?

The people here are nice but it ends there. I took my Honda Fit in to get oil change and tire…read morerotation. They said my front axel was breaking. Took it to Honda Curry, not an issue at all. Then stupid me went to them for my Ford Edge, again oil change tire rotation. They said I needed breaks $1500. Took it to Ford Pleasantville for an inspection and didn't say anything about the breaks, my car pasted inspection. I will never go again. Be warned you spend 2 hours there as they try and find an expensive issue.
