No one should feel disrespected, unheard, or disposable at their workplace. Unfortunately, that seems to be the culture here. Until leadership takes responsibility and prioritizes ethical treatment of employees, I wouldn't recommend this location to job seekers or customers who care about how businesses treat their people.

Today we're installing a new dual exhaust system with 2 new Catalytic Converters and I needed 2 Oxygen sensors for my classic 1997 Lincoln Town Car. To my surprise, New Glen actually had the high quality exhaust systems and DENSO Oxygen Sensors in stock. I find without question, New Glen Auto Warehouse do offer the best wholesale prices on all their automotive parts as compare to their competitors. The owner Joe and staff was very professional, honest, attentive and accommodating as usual. I do know from my excellent multiple experiences with Joe the owner, that if they don't have the part in stock, typically its 2 hours or less for local delivery and if it's a special order, it's always the next day. Having a large inventory of quality name parts in stock is important to me since I drive in from Princeton, New Jersey over 2+ hours. I sincerely enjoyed doing business with Joe who is always pleasant and a true Gentleman. I spoke with the worker Peter, and was very friendly and helpful with explaining what the issue was on my father's 2015 Dodge Caravan. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. It got taken care of. Also, I have taken my own car (Toyota Corolla 2015) to get a wheel alignment and a new set of tires. Peter then again help me and explained in great detail the warranty of the tires. There are Great Mechanics at this Pep Boys location. I would definitely return to this location.
