I requested for them to come to me because I had a flat tire and I couldn't fix it because my jack & lug wrench was in the trunk but my remote was dead & the trunk lever doesn't work! He came a few hours after I called and fixed the problem in less than five minutes. The fix was probably something simple (I had already replaced the battery) but nevertheless he fixed the problem and I was able to fix my flat tire as well. Pricing was good, could have been cheaper since he literally spent less than five minutes with me but business is business. I am grateful for the help and will come back if I need future services.
