Had all four snow tires removed last spring and the brand new tires put on kept having balance…read moreissues. Went back several times and nothing changed till my husband rotated the tires himself. Today we had the snow tires put back on and after sitting waiting for 2 hours and charged 130 dollars the car made it 5 miles and started going flat. Ran it straight back. They first said loudly to the back room"this guy brings us used tires and is mad he has a problem". The tire was completely flat so I asked the guy moving the car to please put some air in it to preserve the rim. He says he doesn't have the equipment to do that and then drives it on the flat tire around to the shop. Another customer comes in and when he says this guy, meaning me, was here first the desk worker tells him"oh he's waiting to find out what the hell we did wrong with his car" . Turns out the supposed problem was the valve stem. The stem was fine all last winter but i suppose something could have gone wrong but after today i don't think i trust them. They've been really good in the past but something has changed. The level of disrespect for their customers is ridiculous. I'm actively looking for another tire service.

Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. I don't know of many businesses that would've reached out when closed to help someone during a difficult time. I wish I could give Fuerst 10 stars because they deserve it. Terrible customer service experience.  I was looking for a specific Genesis model - this dealership…read morehad one available.  I scheduled an appointment several days beforehand since I live 1 1/2 hours away.  I received a call the day before from the dealership to confirm.  I asked who I should ask for when I come in and was given 3 names.  When I showed up the next day 2 of the 3 people were not there and the third person seemed unaware of my appointment.  More importantly the car had been sold and was not available to test drive.  So I drove 1 1/2 hours for nothing.  I realize things happen, however, the fact that no one seemed to know about my appointment and I wasn't made aware of the car being sold, is ridiculous.  The individual I talked with said this happens all the time.  Okay - then get organized and have a system for appointments.  I went to Northtown Genesis near Buffalo the next day and had a wonderful experience - very helpful.

I came in for a specific Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle advertised as an exceptional value. After the test drive, I was told it was an "online error," it wasn't CPO, and they wouldn't honor the price. ​Classic bait-and-switch. They immediately tried to upsell me on a "perfect, like-new" vehicle that was significantly more expensive. Only after pushing for the numbers did I find out this "perfect" car actually had two accidents on record. ​To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager about service loaners, I was told he was "locked inside a vehicle and couldn't get out." Nearly 30 days later, the same "error" listing is still online. They are clearly using false advertising to lure people in. Avoid this dealership if you value transparency and honesty.
