The salad and the coleslaw on the Reuben balanced the savory smoked pastrami and the salad's own brisket. I took home a half pound of burnt ends and another half pound of smoked pastrami. So good...John Brown my not be the best barbecue spot overall in the five boroughs, but their smoked pastrami is undefeated. That smoked pastrami Reuben is undefeated and is the quiet star at John Brown.
