However the employees there were very fast in getting everyone their order. One of the cashier, Steven went out of his way to give us a detailed description of all the donuts and drink. It's still enjoyable, but it doesn't have the same dense, creamy consistency that I remember, especially during the height of the pandemic when it seemed to be at its best. That said, the Darling is still a classic menu item, and the honey flavor remains unique. I keep coming back partly out of nostalgia and partly because there still aren't many places that offer quite the same combination. I just miss the richer, creamier version that it initially had and hope that the recipe will change for the better.

While I was looking over the menu, I was between the breakfast burrito since everybody was ordering it or the soft scramble with chili oil. I landed on the soft scrambled chili crunch. It was served with a half avocado and rye toast the others in our party ordered pancakes, bacon, a chicken sandwich and a Yuzu drink. Everything came out in a timely manner and beautifully plated. I absolutely loved the soft scramble on Rye. It was a perfect serving size as well as hitting the spot for a not so traditional breakfast. As we're sitting there, I noticed everybody was ordering the lemon ricotta pancakes, so I could not resist and ordered some as well. I will say the most underwhelming part of that was the lemon ricotta pancakes due to the ratios for the pancake pancakes and lemon ricotta. Overall, my experience was spectacular. I cannot wait to go back to Bluestone Lane to try other menu items.

These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.

It's been over two weeks, and unsurprisingly, I've received nothing. On top of that, the ice cream is highly overpriced. To top it off, the lady working at the counter was really rude. It felt like she was bothered by our presence and our being there was inconveniencing her. We were the only customers at the time so I don't know why. It did make us feel pressured to order quickly. We picked the almond liqueur and ferrero rocher flavors in a cup. Almond Liqueur- It really tasted like almond liqueuer despite being non alcoholic. It was refreshing with a twist! Ferrero Rocher- The chocolate hazelnut flavor was really rich and deep. Little bites of almond gave it a layer of texture. The ice cream was fine but it was hard to get past the rudeness. A little care for sanitation would be nice too.

I've been visiting Main Place Mall regularly since about 2007, and I would guess that at least 1/2…read morethe time I stop here for Yogurt. Usually we either walk around the mall or find a place to sit in the mall to people-watch. The yogurt is fairly consistent, with a few seasonal flavors popping up alongside the regulars. They do a good job of keeping the machines clean, which isn't easy when it's self-serve. And while the place could use a good remodel, it doesn't appear as beat up and worn as it should for being around so long. Let's face it, it's survived Basken-Robbins (for a good reason) and the other Yogurt place that was across from Boudin's, so they're doing something right. Even more surprising, at least to me, is it's still a good bargain. Sure, the price has gone up, but since I never fill up my cup and I'm probably getting smaller portions as I get older, I can still get out of there only spending $5-$6. Pretty good a cool sweet treat.

They don't give sample cups here so it's hard to tell what the yogurt actually tastes like. The…read morecheesecake was very sour and off like it spoiled. The pomegranate machine was broken so all that came out was liquid. The other flavors were okay, but not much to choose from.
