So delicious! Our GF crew was in heaven! We had a large party of 9 and they were so accommodating. We started with the pretzel bites, mozzarella sticks with an amazing crunch on the outside, and cinnabun bites. All were great! Main entree orders included the white pizza (with their incredible thick crust!) fettuccine alfredo, biscuits and gravy, orange chicken, patty melt, lasagna, and teriyaki chicken. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, as well as the delightful staff and the kind owner. Our dishes were perfection and came relatively quick given the number of people at our table. Our celiacs were in heaven and our gluten tolerant family members were equally happy, which is often the biggest compliment for GF dedicated places. My only regret is that I didn't take a single photo of our awesome feast. When I first walked in I was debating on ordering food due to the fact it was so hot in the building. The gal that greeted me was super nice so I stayed and decided to give it a try. It is one of hottest days of year and maybe they are having trouble with AC keeping up. They are in a strip mall type building and maybe they don't have so much control over that. I stayed and ordered. Their water is directly from the tap, not filtered at all so I ordered bottled because you just don't drink mesa water (not since I was a kid anyways). She didn't tell me what kind of water just bottled. It was arrowhead (which may as well been mesa tap). Its cheap I get it. I ordered the newly added buffalo chicken sandwich. The breading on it was amazingly crispy, however the chicken was gross. It had not been cut correctly, tasted overcooked because it was so tough. I couldn't finish it. Wanted to support and try a new restaurant in Downtown Mesa and found this spot. It is an order at the counter style restaurant, not anything super fancy. Decent selection of Gluten-free items on the menu and what we tried tonight was good. We tried the chicken salad sandwich and fish and chips tonight. I was surprised the bread was as soft as it was for gluten-free and the grapes and nuts in the chicken salad were delicious. My husband enjoyed the fish. Desserts we tried were the chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon roll. The chocolate chip cookie was pretty good (the Nile across the road has a better one IMO) and I'd just recommend the cinnamon roll if you're not into a lot of cinnamon. I would personally like 3-4 times more cinnamon on my own. The roll itself though was nice that it wasn't crazy sweet and again the bread was softer than expected. I've been looking for a dedicated gluten-free place and found this place close to my mom's super easy parking in the back at the Eco apartments. I looked online prior to coming here and was craving the mozzarella sticks and something sweet so I got the mozzarella sticks and they are amazing. Definitely a 9 out of 10. I couldn't decide between the oatmeal cream pie snack or the hot donut but I've been craving a donut so I decided to try this out but it was not good. It's a hot fried doughnut and I was for some reason expecting a donut like I remember Krispy Kreme being so don't get your hopes up on that. It was pretty hard and not tasty and I microwaved it once I got home to get it softer, but that didn't really help. The girl working was super sweet, there was quite a few people in there and all the desserts in the case looked really good.
