Great spot to catch a sporting event. Stopped by during the World Series and enjoyed dinner with a friend while we watch the game. Lots of TVs to see multiple games and events. I had the Sonoran Chicken Hoagie and fries. Tender meat, fresh lettuce, bacon, pepper jack, grilled jalapeños, piled high on a fresh baked hoagie. Top it off with poblano aioli and you gut yourself a nice sandwich. Chased the sandwich with an ice cold local craft IPA and left one happy guy. Loved the vibe, service was excellent, restrooms clean, and ambiance fun and energy high. Great spot to meet up with someone.

    Loved our food!

Another fun day of food and football at the Hub! Ashley took great care of us today. It was very busy but our service was still very good! We ordered the Fresno Chicken Chimi and the Korean steak bowl! Both delicious!! We love the Sports bar ambiance and love we can cheer for our teams! See you for Monday night football!

5/14/2025 First visit Located on the SW corner of McDowell Road and Power. Parking 5/5 Lots of parking in shared strip mall lot in addition to some near the door. During the lunch hour the parking lot was open. Atmosphere 5/5 My rating is based on other sports bars I rated. The theme here is "sports bar" with plenty of screens playing games. The Dining Room is large, modern and well maintained. The sign at the entrance informs you to seat yourself and so we did. Service 5/5 We had great service throughout our visit. We took our seat and were immediately greeted by the friendly manager. Our waitress was with another customer and he took our orders. Our server Veronica returned in 5-10 minutes with our food and returned numerous times to check on us for tea refills and extra condiments. We appreciate the staff teamwork and will ask for Veronica next visit! Food 5/5 My wife always goes for Brussel sprouts if offered and also decided on the pretzel plate. Pro-tip The pretzel plate is super huge and ment for sharing with 4-6 guests. You can order a smaller personal size but we brought leftovers home. I decided to try a craft burger selected their Devil Burger to spice things up ; ) and a side of Onion Rings. The verdict is their Brussel sprouts are toe curling fantastic and a must try. Truth is my wife defended her plate from fork advancements from my side of the table so I only got one bite and agree they excellent! Pretzels are great and accompanied with a cheese dip. We requested extra for our leftovers. My craft burger was huge, cooked perfectly, flavorful with a dash of spiciness. I chose the Jalapeño cheese bun that complimented the fresh ingredients. Very tasty burger. This is a very nice sports bar & restaurant that serves appetizers, soup, Salads, sandwiches, Craft Burgers wings and more. "Thank-you" to my fellow Yelpers! Your reviews guided us here after an eye appointment in the strip mall. We will come back and order the Brussel sprouts and a Craft burger again. $76.01 before cash tip. Eat well my Friends, SYOY!

I ordered chicken and mushroom with rice and veggies. I was told it was two chicken breast brussels sprouts and carrots with cream of mushroom rice. When I got home with our order the chicken was completely dry and thin. The rice barely had any flavor and the vegetables were raw with no flavor at all. It was absolutely disgusting. I won't be going back. The chicken was like a piece of chicken you buy at Walmart in those frozen bags. It was not fresh chicken at all. Don't adv chicken breast if it's frozen out of a bag.

Service leaves little to be desired. The food was really good. The vibe is casual. Background music is nice. The place wasn't busy. I am glad we didn't need anything during our meal because we would have never received it. Service is slow at best. Beer cheese soup is really good. Service makes or breaks it.

Wings cost as much as the entree.

Ask the Community - The Hub Grill and Bar

Is there an outdoor bar like there is on Stapley?

There are tables and chairs on a patio out front. No shade. I don't remember if you can get to the bar from the outside, but you can eat outside when the weather permits.

Immediately upon entering, we were greeted and advised to find a seat where we'd like. Their layout is typical of a sports bar with the usual decor, but loved having both high and low top seats as some only have high top/bar seating. Our server Nicole was super friendly and offered suggestions as it was my boyfriend's first time to a Mr Brews. I had been to another location in Mesa, so we decided to stop at this one to satisfy our burger craving as I liked their ranch dressing previously. What We Ordered: ~ Beef Sliders: My boyfriend remarked the meat was pretty bland, and lacked seasoning. Still enjoyable, but nothing standout flavor wise. ~ Build Your Own Burger (lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, fried egg +$2, and red pepper aioli +$.99 on the side): The aioli was a miss entirely, and I'm so glad our server suggested getting on the side. Besides that, I really enjoyed my burger and fries. Great they offer a way to create your own, because when dining out, there isn't always one that includes everything you'd want. ~ Moose Drool Brown Ale: My boyfriend really enjoyed, but not a fan personally. I prefer either a Stout/Porter or a Sour. ~ Coke: A classic with a burger! Overall, a fairly solid burger though nothing truly spectacular. A great choice if local, and I will say the chain of restaurants makes amazing cheese curds. We almost got this visit, but had smaller appetites.

Just had the most bizarre experience here. It was my first visit and my parents third. There were…read moreonly 2 servers and one bartender on a Sunday at noon, so service was slow. (Although our server was a friendly gal from Minnesota whom we had no problem with). All six entrees ordered were lukewarm and arrived much later than the table who had arrived much later than us. No matter, as we were having a nice visit. However, when the bill came with 20% gratuity added on, my dad asked to speak to the manager to have it taken off as the service was not worth 20%. The person who came over (whom we later found out was the owner) began aggressively stating that her servers identified him as being a troublemaker and that he's "always asking to be comped or a discount" (not true as this was his third time and hadn't been there in over 6 months). He tried to state there must be a mix up. The person again, aggressively and with loud voice enough to be embarrassing, said she stands behind her staff and it was him. I ended up standing up and next to her and between with my back to her, made a path so my dad could leave. She then said she didn't want us to come back. We (party of 6) left absolutely gobsmacked. Even when he asked the owner to have the staff that said he was a troublemaker to come over and identify him (so she could see that it wasn't him) she again loudly proclaimed she stands behind her staff. Again, totally bizarre. As an owner I can appreciate standing behind your staff, but have enough class and tact to realize they may not be correct and not alienate an elderly couple who have been in the neighborhood almost 30 years. Our family patronizes the grocery, dentist, and other services in the community . This unprofessional, borderline abusive behavior will not be forgotten. Forewarned is fair warned. To reiterate: He was not asking for a discount. He mentioned the food was cold let management know. ; He wanted the automatic 20% tip removed so he could adjust it to what he thought was fair. This is a man who worked in management for 40 years of his career.

Roosters Country is hands down the worst excuse for a bar I've ever set foot in. Calling it a "dive…read morebar" is an insult to actual dive bars. This place is a cesspool with booze. The floors are sticky enough to rip the soles off your shoes, the air smells like a mix of old cigarettes, sour mop water, and broken dreams, and the bathrooms are straight out of a horror movie. If you don't catch a staph infection here, consider yourself lucky. The drinks? Absolute garbage. Watered down, overpriced, and served in glasses that look like they haven't seen soap since the Bush administration. The bartenders couldn't care less -- they'd rather ignore you than make a drink worth drinking. The bouncers act like they're auditioning for a WWE villain role, puffing their chests at anyone who blinks the wrong way. And the crowd? Imagine every bad Tinder date you've ever had stuffed into one room with a soundtrack of off-key karaoke and a sound system that makes your ears beg for mercy. If you like fights breaking out over spilled beer and listening to drunk strangers scream into your face, congratulations -- you've found your paradise. Save yourself the misery. There are porta-potties at construction sites in Mesa that are more inviting than this dump. Roosters Country should come with a warning label: Enter at your own risk, and don't expect to leave with your dignity -- or your shoes.
