Costing: Pablo provided an extremely aggressive quote! In some cases a few grand cheaper than competitors. Price agreement : Pablo is understanding and open to conversations about cost. The detailed itemized price proposal made it easy to inquire about things like types of turf and how to be more cost efficient with the amount of cement we wanted. Project Review: once we agreed on the project, Pablo and his dad came out one more time to make sure we were aligned on the project, which was helpful. Installation: We had a couple of days delay because of the recent rain but Pablo gave me a heads up the week before that they were going to keep an eye on the weather and would start as quickly as possible. The project itself took 4 days to complete for roughly 1300 sq feet of cement and 800 sq ft of turf. Pablo and his dad were both out here personally installing the concrete and turf. They even installed a door leading to my backyard at no additional cost. Result: we are extremely happy with the result and how great it makes my front and backyard look. I did select Lees air because was very pleased from replacing ac unit in 2018. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the scope of work and final price. During process of removing water heater/equipment, the water heater stand needed removed due to water damage. once removed, there was an open wall 24" x 18 inches. I was told this would not be covered up by Lee's air. I personally covered up wall best I could after completing installation of equipment. This should have been covered up by Lees air prior to installing equipment! HOPEFULLY, When the city inspector comes, the installation of equipment passes! Also, I did accept the pricing of equipment/installation from representative that came to my house. But I am extremely upset at total cost of $4231. I know that total cost of just the new Water Heater, Heater Stand, water tray, couplings, and connectors are only about $1200 on the open market. So, the total price of installation and equipment is OUTRAGEOUS MARKUP to me! I WILL NEVER again purchase any equipment or services from Lee's Air.

They took their time to make sure I was within my budget although we kept finding more challenges along the line but they took care of it keeping the cost reasonable. They worked with the design I had in mind and added a few ideas of what they liked to add. They removed all the old wood chips and bricks, replaced the entire backyard with turf, cement, flower & herb garden underground drainage, new sprinkler drip line. They also helped to clean my rain gutter and the final big job was to replace the almost falling fence from a neighbor's evasive vine. . We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. The technician gave us a complete estimate and waited patiently while we considered options. No pressure whatsoever. Almost a month later we hired Roos. Our job was not an easy one as we changed over to electric from gas. The workers arrived on time and dressed cleanly. As the men were working I called in and asked for a quote for changing out our second unit. The owner came to the house and gave me a quote in person. We signed off and by the end of the week we had two beautiful new systems. This was the most professional group I've ever come across. Not only that, we got a smoking deal! What a value! Do not go anywhere else for your HVAC system service! Roo's is definitely the best!

This is after we had another company come out and tell us that the evaporator coil was broken. We contacted Roo's because they are a Lennox specialist. Our unit stopped working in July and we contacted them about getting our AC repaired. John N. came off as helpful and responsive to our concerns and said he was going to come out on Monday. Monday comes and we get a phone call saying that he looked over the report from the last time someone came out and that he could tell the evaporator coil was indeed broken. He sent an estimate for what that was going to cost to get fixed. While on the phone with him we told him that we thought the motor on the unit might be broken as well and that we would like him to come out and check on that so we could get everything fixed at once. He stated that it wouldn't be necessary for him to come out and that it could be worked out when he came on Wednesday to repair the unit. Wednesday comes and John N. sends two technicians but doesn't show up himself. They finish the evaporator coil repair and try to turn on the unit. The motor is indeed broken. John N calls and lets me know that we have to wait two more days for the part and that it is going to cost extra money. Mind you all these parts are under warranty. I tell him that I think extra cost should not be put on my family because of mistakes the company has made up to this point. I call the office upset that now I have to wait two more days for the repair and this is after I asked John N to come out and check this specific part that ended up being broken. All of this after I had someone come out in March and told me everything was fine. I ask to talk to the owner and get told he will contact me. I have to call again the next day and still don't get in contact with the owner. I am told that the company wants to make this right for me. Friday comes and a new technician is scheduled to come out, John Y. He is friendly and gets to work. He finishes up and gives me the total bill which includes labor for the motor. I tell him that I don't feel like this is making things right and that someone had told me that I wouldn't be charged for that when I called the day prior. He calls the manager and I finally get to talk to him. I explain everything that has happened and he initially offers me a discount. I tell him that I don't feel like this is fair compensation for all the stress I have been through. I had to find someone where else to stay for 3 extra days because of a lack of communication due to his employees. He tells me that he is going to get to the bottom of the situation and will call me back. He calls back shortly and tells me that he recognizes all my concerns and that he is going to take off the charge for the labor for the motor. I really appreciate that he took the time to listen to my concerns and feel like he did right by my family. I will continue to use this company to do check ups and repairs because I appreciate that while mistakes were made, in the end they did right by their customers and took ownership for it.
