Their bread is from Genova Bakery. The food is made to order, once we knew what meat we wanted, they threw it on the grill and a few minutes later began to steam the bread. We asked for EVERYTHING on ours: Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup, Hot Sauce, Chipotle Sauce, Onions, Relish, Jalapeños and a Pico de Gallo that has mango and pineapple!
