I strongly recommend Aggressive Carpet Care!Every year when the spring transitions into summer and the rains stop, I have my carpets deep cleaned. I have ivory color carpet's and two teenage boys, who also have many friends that seem to prefer hanging out at our house. Many teenagers+ almost white carpet+Napa's winter rains= strong need for cleaning. I read some very positive reviews about this business from neighbors on the "Next-door" website, so I gave them a call, and made an appointment for a quote. The guy who came over showed up on time, and introduce himself as Jerry (Mr. Hall). We did the usual walk-through of the house, talked about some problem areas, and he gave me a quote. We set an appointment for a time that I would be at work, so I let him know that my sons would be home. Because of an experience I had last year with another carpet cleaning company, (whose name I won't mention in this review), combined with the fact that I wouldn't be at home, left me a little bit nervous about the job getting done properly. When I came home I was immediately impressed by the first room I saw, which is our living room/family room, and as I continued to look at all of the rooms I was continuously very impressed. One thing I will note is the carpets were a bit wetter than I anticipated, once I returned home; however considering how clean the carpets were, this was not a big deal at all. I set some box fans here and there, turned on some ceiling fans, and within an hour or so the carpets were pretty dry. When Jerry came over and gave me the original quote, and we were done with that part we just sat and chatted for about 20 minutes or maybe more. He's a really nice and genuine guy, so I'm happy that his services are also top notch so that I can recommend him wholeheartedly! read more

I had them out to clean my carpets in a new rental I am in and when they got here they were even amazed how dirty the carpet was. I was really only hoping to try to kill the bugs but, when they left, they looked almost new. Not bad for Berber guys. Jerry was great, the job was done past my expectations and the price was fair. I hired Aggressive Carpet Care to come and clean my carpet and I couldn't believe my carpet when they were finished. It looked like new carpet again, and it was really dirty when they started. It also smelled so nice. I would definently recommend them as great carpet cleaners. read more

My mother and I used this business and Jerry and Jon (the owner and son) came out to clean the carpet. They did a horrible job and were there for a total of 15min. from beginning to end. they cleaned the carpets like a quick vacuum job going every where instead of straight lines and going really fast, instead of slow. Even the painters that were there said that they weren't there long and they did a bad job. They were suppose to clean a big room, a living room, and a hall way. When they were done the carpet still looked dirty and we told them that the vinyl floors were new and the son kept on putting steam on the new vinyl floors. we asked them if they had anything stronger to clean the carpet and they said they don't use chemicals they are all natural. For one their name is aggressive carpet cleaning, not environment friendly, and two it doesn't say anywhere in their ads that they don't use chemicals. My mother tried to get them to come back and clean the rug right or refund our money, but the owner wouldn't agree to anything and basically said too bad. We used my aunts store bought rug cleaner and you would not believe how dirty the water was and how clean the carpets looked after wards. That just went to show that this place is a rip-off and they didn't do their job right. They could've at least offered to come back out, but the owner wouldn't even do that. read more

Excuse me, but you must be crazy!! I have had a lot of carpet cleaners clean my carpet but have never been more satisfied then when Aggressive Carpet Care came to my house. The father Jerry always meets my needs by coming to the house when it's convenient for me. I have a tight schedule so this is important that they are able to be flexible. Most Carpet Services let you know what availabilitys they have and you have to choose an open slot. I also live in the woods and they drive here any time I need and still give me a good deal. The prices are great and the quality is even better. The son Jon always does a very thourough job. He may be quick, but that's because he has experience and knows what he is doing. One time I had a Carpet Cleaner come to the house and he spent hours cleaning the carpet and charged me by the hour. I have never seen this family buisness do a bad job and the carpet always smells great. They always check with me to see how I like the job, and I'm sure if I had any complaints they would fix it right there or come back free of charge. They take pride in what they do every time they do it. I think that you were just shocked to see it done so fast and didn't want to pay the money. They are very friendly and outgoing people, I could not even picture them being rude to you, as you say. I have used their service for 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for the world. By the way, who cares if they use all natural products. I think that is awesome. Would you rather have some harmful chemicals used on your carpet where your kids play? The world needs to be more mindful of the environment. Natural products do the job just as well, if not better. read more
