Such a great restaurant for a family! We were greeted warmly and the staff even shared a little bit of the restaurant's history with us since it was our first time visiting. We ordered three of the lunch special chicken parmesan meals, which came with a side Caesar salad and garlic bread. The noodles tasted extremely fresh -- I honestly didn't want to stop eating them. The marinara sauce was delicious as well. The Caesar salad was great, though next time I might ask for the dressing on the side. The garlic bread wasn't our favorite; it was very hard and extremely oily. The kids ordered mac and cheese and pizza and both were surprisingly good -- especially the mac and cheese! I appreciated that it wasn't the typical cheap boxed kind. For dessert, we tried the cannoli dip. While the dip itself was good, the shells didn't pair very well with it and were quite hard. I always request April whenever I come in because she is seriously one of the best servers I've ever had. She's incredibly attentive, friendly, and you can tell she truly knows the menu inside and out. She's worked here for a long time and it shows -- she always has great recommendations and will ask what kinds of things you like before suggesting options, which I really appreciate. She remembers what I usually order and makes the whole experience feel really personal. It's rare to find someone who is so consistent with great service every single time. She checks in at the right moments, makes sure everything is perfect, and always has such a positive attitude. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. This is my current favorite place for pasta. Everything is fresh made and it really shines through. I've been to this location a few times and the service is always good and fast. I love that this can be casual dining or a little fancier depending on the occasion. They have inside and outdoors seating. There is also a bar. I also highly recommend the tiramisu. The food, service, and if course the value offered made this a most pleasurable experience. We both had a half order of the of Eggplant Rollatini which came with our choice of Caesar salad (we were able to request and receive Anchovies on our salads- which were not available at the place in EATALY), and garlic bread. We've been there a couple of times this week. The first was New Year's Eve. They're about 12 of us. We had a wonderful experience.. we go all the time, but the food on New Year's Eve wasn't the same, couple of my guest meals were not cooked properly and overcooked. But everything else was delicious. Nahomy was our waitress and she was and is absolutely fabulous at 100% of everything. We went to dinner last night and it was much better. My husband's chicken parm was absolutely delicious, on the night of New Year's Eve. It was overcooked! I ordered something new. Italian build your own pasta ? Oh I'm there !! We went for a birthday dinner and the food and attention was amazing ! We had the endless "pastability" and the amount of food you get is really great. We got spaghetti with chicken parm (no parm for me) and the dra diavolo sauce. It came with salads and bread what else could you want ! We also got the tiramisu to end off the night. Our server was excellent, and honestly, the entire staff at Agliolio deserves praise they truly go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. For dinner, I had the spinach fettuccine with chicken francese. The chicken was well seasoned with a nice lemon flavor that wasn't overpowering. The pasta dishes were all very good, but I have to admit the complimentary bread was my weakness: simple yet absolutely delicious. What a fabulous meal here at Agliolio. This is a beautiful restaurant conveniently located with easy access and plenty of parking. This is my third time at an Agliolio and my first time at this location... Same company and model will make for a standard review. The team here is wonderful and met us with plenty of smiles. Our group of three all came in together and we were immediately seated. Our wonderful-friendly server came to our table and started to explain... The menus were pretty extensive and the waiter explained it perfectly to us. It's a design and build theory. You pick the pasta and then create all the toppings and protein. I always have my "goto" when I visiting a new Italian restaurant. It can be a Pasta Bolognese or lasagna. These are my comfort foods. My wife usually goes with a chicken dish. I went with the Lasagna and my wife with a chicken cutlet parm. The delicious-saucy-meaty lasagna was wonderful. I really enjoy my lasagnas and this one continues to satisfy my taste buds. Helene had the Chicken parmesan. that she too really enjoyed. It was a nice tender-thin piece of chicken with plenty of tasty sauce and cheese. Both portions were clearly adequate for a diner. Their sauces are rich and tasty. The kind of sauce that makes you want to have more. Our waitress, Taylor was fabulous. Having a person like that at your table definalty makes the restaurant experience. I always say that you can get good food at many places so having a super-server helps make the dining experience special... Taylor did just that! I came here with my company for appetizers after work to celebrate the retirement of our medical director and it was okay. Service could have been better (more organized). There were two people servicing around 30 of us outside on the patio. And they had to bring an inside table outside to accommodate our party after we told them our rsvp guest list. When our server came over to our four person table she left after taking the last persons drink order. I had to flag her down to come back. The food was all very good. I tried the calamari, pizza, and bread. The pizza had the coal oven flavor which impressed me. I want to try more food here. read more

This place is so overhyped, I don't get it. The food is incredibly mediocre, not just at this location, but all locations. My family and I ordered takeout. My sister's pasta had mushrooms in it, which she is allergic to. We double checked our receipt, and her pasta was not supposed to have mushrooms. My pasta was not good. The vodka sauce had absolutely no flavor and my brother's pasta was missing sauce. Our salads also had wilted lettuce. The only thing I enjoyed was the eggplant parm. The only good part about this place is the price. For $20, you get an entree, big side of pasta and a side salad. Our reservation was honored within 5 minutes of arriving. The waitress was knowledgeable regarding the plethora of choices on the menu. The veal franchise was somewhat thin and a bit too lemony for me, however, if you like your veal franchise with a strong lemon flavor...this is the dish for you. When we came for lunch, they weren't that busy, but had a steady crop of visitors. Plus they were doing a bit of takeout, as well. We had good friendly service. After ordering, we enjoyed some crunchy garlic bread while waiting for our main meals. We were both in the mood for eggplant. I got their eggplant rollatini appetizer/starter -- which was much larger than expected. The thin eggplant slices were wrapped around ricotta cheese and topped with tomato sauce. It was served piping hot from the oven. And it was delicious! I took half home. My husband got their eggplant panini. The sandwich bread was pressed and toasted. Along with the eggplant, there was roasted red peppers, mozzarella, and spinach plus balsamic glaze. The sandwich came with well-done waffle fries. He said it was all excellent. This is the perfect place for casual dining with the family. We made a reservation an hour before going and was happy to get it because this place is always buzzing with patrons. We brought our two granddaughters with us at their suggestion. They knew exactly what they wanted to eat. They both had the macaroni and cheese, one with meatballs, and the other one with chicken tenders. What's interesting and different about Agliolo is you can pick your protein, veggies, pasta, and sauce from each of their respective categories. There are separate children's meals and they give crayons and an activity pamphlet to keep them busy and happy while waiting for their food. It's a great family restaurant. As regulars to this restaurant, it pains me to give Agliolio one star but...the manager at the Wellington 441 location left me no choice. As regulars, we know the tempo of the restaurant. Usually waiters are great and the service is really good. The food is also consistently good. So why 1star? We were there the other night and all we heard was banging if dishes. We couldn't even hear each other speak. The waiters apologized and said they'd try to get them to be more respectful. It was so loud, we couldn't believe they weren't breaking. We asked the manager if he could do something and his response -'that's what happens with an open kitchen. It's always like this.' We responded that we're there all the time and it's never like this, he shrugged. We said we wouldn't be back if this is what we should expect going forward. His response- oh well. Paying money to dine while hearing dished being banged about throughout dinner is not pleasant. Who needs it. Having a manager deliberately not care that customers are not happy is even worse. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We'll become regulars at one of those. read more

Talk about a great bang for your buck! For $17 I got a caesar salad, garlic bread, chicken parmigiana, and a giant bowl of pasta. This is enough for two meals, easily. Agliolio does a phenomenal job marking their menu for vegans and celiacs. My wife happens to be both and it's often hard to find Italian restaurants that have good vegan options that are also gluten free but Agliolio's build your own pasta bowls is perfect. The best part? Unlimited vegetable toppings! My wife got, I think, 6 different vegetables in her pasta bowl for only $15. If we went to a different Italian restaurant they'd probably charge her $2-3 per toppings. They also clearly take celiac seriously, the waitress and the manager both assured us they'd do what they can to make sure no gluten in her pasta, which is really appreciated. Weather you are a vegan, celiac, or neither and just want delicious Italian food at a very affordable price, I'd highly recommend giving Agliolio a shot. My only suggestion.... Add minced garlic to the garlic bread. To me, the garlic bread was a little on bland side. Too much crispy bread and not enough actual garlic. read more

We had an incredible celebration for my wife's birthday, and our waiter, Ben, truly made the evening unforgettable! He was extremely attentive to everything we needed. While there were a couple of minor disappointments, like the mozzarella sticks being smaller than before and the noise level being a bit higher, the overall experience was fantastic. I've heard great things about the Boynton location, so I gave it a chance (twice) and what you pay for doesn't match the quality of the food. Don't get me wrong, the staff is very friendly and the drinks are great. The tomato bisque soup was amazing. However, with each visit, my pasta has always been overcooked. I couldn't describe the texture of the chicken for my chicken parm. Very off-putting. I almost questioned if it was real chicken. I ordered the GF pasta that arrived completely mushed, not a full noodle in sight. I expect of the taste for GF pasta, but paying extra for this was ridiculous. Each time I've visited, my pasta was always overcooked. I've easily paid $75 to $100 each visit, and it's not worth it. read more

Agliolio has two locations in Wellington depending on where you are. They are both equally delicious-- my favorite Italian restaurant! I have never had a bad meal here. The chicken Parm is my favorite, but I also like their seasonal offerings. The service has always been top notch & the cappuccino is the best! So are the zeppole's, though shrinkflation has gotten to them. Beautiful new location with excellent staff. Very accommodating to my father in a wheelchair. It is minus one star because, frankly, it's a pasta joint, not a five star restaurant. The major reason a star was deducted because of the insane noise level. It is great to see a local restaurant so busy. We really want this location to thrive! However, the acoustics are horrendous.
