The manager greeted me right away, listened to my concern, and immediately had a technician help with my girlfriend's tire. The technician was skilled, fast, and professional. In about 10 minutes, the tire was repaired, all four tires were checked for proper air pressure, and the total was only $20. That kind of honest, efficient, and friendly service is rare these days. Upon taking it back the owner stated that it was all new parts so that's impossible and refused to fix. We took it to two other mechanics who said that the work was done improperly. When we spoke to him again about this he began yelling aggressively and refused to fix the problem he created. My family member was shaken up. We had to pay extra elsewhere to get it fixed. Seeing his other responses to similar experiences I expect his response to this will be dismissive with no accountability. Don't do business here. I guess I didn't understand the idea of (non-fast-food) chains when I first learned to read. My dad used to take our cars to the La Habra Daniels for service. There was a mechanic there whom he liked. That mechanic has since retired, and I don't know how, why, or when; but my dad started pushing me in the direction of this Daniels whenever I needed tires, an oil change, etc. I've had my oil changed here three or four times, and they've also rotated my tires more than once. Most recently, I had both of those services plus an alignment and a headlight-bulb replacement. I can't complain about any of the service I have received here. Everything has been done well, and it's always ready when they say it will be ready. Be sure to call ahead to find out whether they have time to get your service done that day. The man you'll be dealing with is Jeff. He's a no-nonsense, efficient character, and he's honest; if you don't need a service, he'll let you know up front. It's not a cheap place, but it's not terribly expensive, either, and they don't nickel-and-dime you on random parts. In fact, I think they've thrown in or discounted some small parts when I've had more major work done here. They also mail coupons for discounts on things like oil changes, brakes, and tires to people in the neighborhood.

Tony was super friendly from the beginning, very sincere business man with good honest demeanor, and his actions speak more than his words. He is quick and prompt to address your issues and find solutions that won't rip your wallet off.
