The salmon was a tad overcooked but still tasty. The drinks had me feeling a little tipsy. The vibes was nice...was giving brunch day party . They even had karaoke. Great vibes and really good food. This is definitely a party brunch so be prepared for music and excitement. The staff is cool too. My only gripe is was that the bottomless brunch is mandatory. They only show you that pre fixe menu that includes bottomless drinks. They allow you to sub juice for the beverage but I'm not sure ok would want bottomless juice with my meal. We were greeted immediately by staff who gave us a brief overview of restaurant and the various activities going on in the week . I ordered the "Still Not a Player drink " which I found to be very well balanced and quite delicious. The wives shared Tres Leches and they couldn't stop raving about it . My review is based on service ambiance and security presence! I've been a patron at this establishment about 5 times since it's soft opening. I randomly went in after being waitlisted one Friday evening at Havana which is adjacently across the street. The security was polite and ensured my partner and I were seen by the wait staff and seated. There was a live DJ that engaged with the crowd and kept the good vibes flowing. Wait staff were attentive and accommodating throughout our meals. Hookah was good too! I'm not a fan of the menu tbh the food is mediocre at best but everything else makes up For it. I haven't stopped going to Agua E Coco since the first time I visited. The place is really cute and classy, with beautiful décor. The prices are reasonable, and the music is always on point--they play everything from new hip-hop to old-school hits, R&B, and great Spanish tracks. They also offer hookah, which is a nice touch. The food is excellent, but my favorites are the BBQ wings and the churrasco. In my opinion, it's one of the best churrascos in East Tremont. The people that make the hookah and servers are super friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. I can only say the server was good and the food is great but they really need to correct their drink policy. If they make a drink and it taste terrible, they should return it and remove it from the bill. Especially if i ordered a pitcher of another drink. My friend ordered white sangria and it literally came out white. None of us have ever seen a sangria like that and she didn't like the taste. I had the sorry not sorry and upon first taste it tasted soapy but i said no it cant be soap let me taste again and i said no its just nasty. We both returned our drinks and ordered a pitcher. The waitress apologized, stated they make white sangria differently and took our drinks and brought a pitcher. Any other place removes the drinks from the tab since they were totally full, minus 3 sips, but no not here. They charge you regardless and the servers don't inform you because if im getting charged i would have chugged it disgusting and all. My husband and I decided to give it a try since our go to restaurant was completely booked. We were seated immediately and waitress came right over to bring menus and waters. She took our order and then we waited...Our food took a while to come out and it was very overcooked (salmon and chicharron de pollo). I went back to my table they gave me the 2 seltzers with a new price on the recipe ( blue highlight in the pic) I went back to the bar to find out where's the drink. Bartender came with 2 drinks in his hand and told me I had to pay for the drink they didn't charge me. I went to go get the receipt to verify. I didn't realize both drinks where for me since I ordered one. I told him I wanted one drink. He started arguing with saying why u didn't say anything before. THE DRINKS ARE UNTOUCHED. Proceeded to tell me that they didn't change for the seltzer. I came back with the other receipt telling him yes they did. He was telling me I was wrong. He said it didn't include tax's but I showed him the tax and gratuity was included already.( showing him the break down) because he was still arguing with me. I PAYED FOR BOTH DRINKS AND took one drink because he gave me such a hard time. Wait I already payed $50 something and $42. They gave the bill to the person I was with while I was in the bath room to charge me again for two drinks when I TOOK ONLY ONE. Made me feel like I have no money when I just donated $20 for a drink I didn't take. No sorry or nothing. Just don't argue with the guest.
