They failed to properly seal the oil pan twice and I had to take my car back 3 times! the second time they had used glue to seal the oil pan making a huge mess and voiding my warranty. Not only did it take them 3 attempts to finally reaper the oil pan they also over filled my engine oil by 2 and half quarts and the e fine mounts had to be replaced "again" cause it was quite obvious they never changed in the first place but charged me for it. Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!

I explained everything that had happened, and she connected me with the General Manager. After hearing my experience, the GM apologized and assured me they would honor the truck at MSRP. He said they would send me a link to place my deposit. Hours passed and I never received the link. I called multiple times but couldn't get a response from Samantha or anyone on the sales team. Then, on 7/13, Samantha contacted me again with completely different numbers than what we had agreed to. This time, they refused to sell me the truck unless I purchased mandatory add-ons, including LoJack, paint protection, and glass protection, adding $4,575 to the price. This dealership wasted my time, changed the terms multiple times, and used bait-and-switch tactics. If you're quoted a price, get everything in writing and be prepared for it to change.
