We had a very large tree that was dripping sap and dropping countless pine cones onto both our…read moreproperty and our neighbor's. I decided that it was time to have it removed, so I received quotes from multiple service providers. Jesse and his team at Next Level Tree provided a competitive price and were easy to talk to and schedule with! The quote also provided that they would grind the tree stump and have the trash removed. They showed up bright and early and started preparing for the tree removal. Jesse talked me through it and asked if we wanted to keep any wood for firewood. It was a great idea, so we had them leave us some. Then they got to work and had the tree down shortly. They are pros and have all the certifications and experience you could ever ask for. These guys can bring a tree down EXACTLY where they want to - check out my video. Apparently they even do competitions where they can bring a tree down on a beer can. After bringing the tree down, they quickly removed all the branches and sent those through the wood chipper. The entire tree was cut into a few dozen pieces and gone within another hour. Then they got to work on grinding the stump. Next time I looked, they had cleaned up everything and move our stones over where the tree had been so you could not even tell there was ever a tree there. I filled out the online request for an estimate on their website, and got a response the same day. I got a quote two days later, and had my trees serviced the following week. They pruned a total of three trees including one mesquite tree which is twice as high as my house. And to top it off they charged LESS than the previous company that I was using. I will definitely be using Titan from now on.

A simple tree trim job a few years ago resulted in a "butchered" tree and numerous valuable cacti destroyed! The company was forced to PAY us for the damage or face Small Claims Court. Yesterday (12/23/25) was another "disaster" involving our next-door neighbor, who hired these "low IQ" individuals (crew), who proceeded to DUMP the next-door tree trimmings in OUR driveway, blocking our exit, which is illegal. They also positioned their "coolers" and lunchbreak containers in OUR driveway! My wife asked the only English-speaking worker to clear the debris immediately, who REFUSED! The workers, up in the tree in question, shouted Spanish "insults @ us when I joined the discussion. The worker told us to "be patient", waiting for the Disposal Truck to arrive. I immediately called the Titan office (Cherel), who told us she would attempt to reach the crew (NO LUCK). As the drive had been blocked for almost (1) hour, I proceeded to call her back, stating we would soon be forced to contact the local Sheriff Dept. My wife has just informed me that there are "drag marks" on our driveway surface and damage to a valued cactus in front yard. This company exhibits NO Professionalism or basic neighborhood demeanor critical to such demanding and dangerous work. They got paid the initial cleaning fee of $900 to clean the yard. They dumped the brushes they cut…read moreinto the dumpster I rented from the city. The simple task was to upkeep the yard in the condition it got cleaned to for certain amount. They have been failing to do the job if supervision is not applied. Furthermore, when you ask them why they stopped watering the bushes for example, the answer was to pay them $25 more per visit so they hold the hose for 5 min. They do not upkeep the yard, the trees started to die, too much weed killer as well, perhaps. We never watered those bushes when we lived there, they are native to the desert and never died. The yard grows some weeds, oops, it is $120 more to spray the " extra" weeds. Because they have not being upkeeping or over spraying with weed killer, the bushes and the small trees started to die. I have a dead young palm tree as well. When you tell them to do what you have being paying them for, it is an extra $100 per visit. What have you been doing for the money you get? The bushes and small trees are the only things to maintain. Have you being mowing the rocks? When you do the " cleaning and maintenance trip" and you charge without getting the job done consistently, then ask for extra money to do what you were getting paid for and you did not do, it is a scam. $220 per hour for yard maintenance visit? I'm sorry , it's not BMW dealership service shop.
