    Helen felt like meeting with the enthusiastic, organized cousin / sister I have always wanted! She cares about executing your vision as if she is family, and shares the excitement of the big day with you. Her warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference as she coordinated our big day. With the coordination package, she helped streamline all of the moving parts of our big day. She even answered all of my random design questions too when I had a hard time making decisions about table layouts/ colors / floral design. It was a pleasure to work with her! :)

    Helen is amazing!!! First, she was the only wedding coordinator that we talked to who wanted to have an initial VIDEO meeting with us (rather than just a phone call). During that meeting, she immediately impressed us by taking a genuine interest in us as a couple. With other coordinators, it always seemed like it was strictly business - with Helen, we felt like we were being seen, heard, and celebrated, as a couple. Her passion for this industry is infectious and we knew immediately after that initial meeting that we needed her behind us. Helen is also so kind, detailed, and INCREDIBLY responsive! Even while on maternity leave and in the midst of peak wedding season, she never took more than 24 hours to respond to us. She answered all of my annoying questions and handled all of my weird specifications and last minute changes with grace, ease, support, and kindness. She was even there to calm me down when my makeup artist cancelled 2 days prior to the wedding (thank you, Helen). Because of her, our day was executed FLAWLESSLY. When we started getting off track on our timeline, she would consult us first on whether we wanted to make any changes or continue with the day as planned. We truly appreciated that so much.     Helen is such an amazing wedding planner. From the moment we met on a video call, I was impressed by her attention to detail, her confidence, and her wealth of knowledge. She is a great communicator which was something we really valued in our vendors. We could tell immediately that she knew what she was doing. We wanted someone who understood our vision and could help us execute it. Plus she is just so sweet and personable, which is just a plus. If there was one thing I could highlight about her, it would be her attention to detail!! She has the most detailed planning timeline that she provided which helped us stay on track. Our day of timeline was broken down to the minute, which was so clear and concise. Even our other vendors said that after emailing with Helen and seeing our timeline, they knew the day would go so smoothly... and it did! Our day could not have gone more smoothly. If there were ever any issues, we didn't notice at all! She truly put our minds to ease many times. She was always quick to respond to our questions and gave great recommendations.     Helen is a rock star! And has a perfect 5-star review track record! She's so friendly, kind, and thoughtful and has an amazing memory for small details, which really helped with wedding planning. She's so personable - from the very first phone call with her, she was interested in hearing about our first date, relationship, and proposal. We were trying to plan a wedding in CA from out of state, and she made our lives so much easier. She drew up an amazing minute-by-minute timeline for our vendors and wedding party. She is super organized, great at listening, and responds to all of our communication within like 5 minutes. We had an outdoor garden wedding during the spring, and the thing about weather forecasts is that they are not posted until 7 days beforehand....and for our wedding, it was predicted there would be rain. She figured out a rain contingency plan with all our vendors, making the wedding day flow smoothly and remained upbeat and supportive all the way. She even sent us some photos and videos so we would have something before our photographer finished his edits. My bridesmaid was so impressed with her that she also asked Helen to be on her wedding team. I can't imagine there's anything she can't handle.     Helen and her team did an incredible job coordinating our wedding- I wholeheartedly recommend her. Helen helped us have our family-oriented wedding with 200 guests and made sure we felt at-ease through every part of the process. When we first met her, we loved how energetic, warm, and truly caring she was. This was evident throughout the entire coordinating process, as she was extremely responsive, professional, and handled all requests in a timely and effective manner. We also appreciated how meticulous and attentive to details she is. She got to know us as a couple over multiple meetings, and both her attention to detail and flexibility showed in the timeline she especially created for us. She was able to customize our timeline to accommodate certain requests, such as doing visits/toasts at every table, guiding us with her experience while making sure that we were able to accomplish what we wanted!     This review is long overdue, but I just wanted to find the right words to express how incredible Helen and her team are! If you want a worry-free wedding, Ah Love is the way to go. When I walked into our venue, I was floored by the way all the details were coming together. The place was running like a well-oiled machine, each vendor knowing exactly what they were doing, her team gently guiding me through the schedule. Her A+ ability to prep, organize, schedule, communicate, and execute -- all while being so sweet and warm -- is exactly what you want in a wedding coordinator. One of my vendors commented on how nice she is, which, I guess, might not be as common as you would think. Helen listened to our vision, wants, and needs, and coordinated all the pieces to make them happen seamlessly. If you don't have a vision, she will help guide you through the daunting process of wedding planning and will answer every question you have with wide expertise. She takes the time to get to know her clients, and you will feel so comfortable talking to her. When Helen took the reins a month before the wedding, I told my vendors they would be hearing from her and they replied saying they already did! What a relief it was to have Helen take over. Helen provided a phenomenal service experience from beginning to end. She listened to the ideas we were looking for in our wedding, provided honest advice, and was patient with the inevitable fickleness with all soon to be newlyweds. Helen was absolutely crystal clear in what to expect in the timeline and details of our partnership.     TL;DR, enthusiastic, meticulous, well organized, easy to work with. Whether you should hire a wedding planner: if they can help you envision and design your big day + if they can execute the plan well to your expectations. Envision/design: look at their portfolio. Execution: interview them for how experienced they are, how they will work with you and how they handle emergencies. Luckily we found Helen who meets all the criteria above! And it turned out to be the best decision we've ever made! We had a very non-traditional wedding which was K-pop themed (BTS, Blackpink). Although she was not super familiar with K-pop, Helen helped us fuse all the K-pop elements into our wedding including decorations, songs, first dance, send-off etc. Not only us but our guests had so much fun during the wedding and it well reflected our love and enthusiasm into K-pop! I thought it would be super stressful on the wedding day because I would need to worry about everything from coordinating vendors to entertaining guests. However Helen made it care-free! All I needed to do was to look good and have fun! Please don't hesitate to reach out to Helen, talk to her about what you have in mind, and book her before her schedule is full!

    We absolutely loved working with Helen! She was our month-out (day of) planner and we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator!! Her organization skills are probably the best I've seen. From several months out, she sent over a monthly planning sheet that broke down each month's task for us to keep in track of. It was so helpful throughout the entire planning process thanks to this sheet!! She was always attentive to any questions I had and I can feel that she genuinely LOVE planning our weddings. She really felt like a friend I've known for a long time, who truly cares and wants to help as much as she can. Due to the pandemic and having moved our wedding date for the third time, our planning had been halted repeatedly and it was hard to get back on track. But Helen was always there to help us adjust the planning process each time the date moved. We ended up having a July 2021 wedding and once the real planning started, Helen shared more Google Drive folders to help organize all my inspo, decorations, guest list, vendor information, and etc. She took charge of all communications with my vendors and the venue to make sure everything is accounted for so that we won't have to stress about the details. Her day-of timeline is probably the best one I've seen so far ( I've seen a few of my friends') and it is broken down so precisely that we had absolutely no uncertainties about what's going to happen on our day-of. Everyone who saw my timeline (family and wedding party) were so impressed with how well it was broken down and easy to understand. Not only is she a phenomenal planner, but she also did an amazing job making my visions come to life. My table settings and details were not very simple and quite complicating but she made sure everything was put where I wanted and made sure my vision looked perfect in real life. We got so many compliments on our wedding decorations and settings, thanks to Helen and her team! She made our wedding day a breeze so that we can enjoy every moment of it. You helped us completely transform my grandmother's home in Beverly Hills into the most magical wedding ceremony in a matter of 2 weeks. We were surrounded by our closest friends and family who witnessed our gorgeous Chuppah and our truly sentimental ceremony. Not only were we completely delighted by everything as is but our wedding even received tons of attention and recognition from several amazing media outlets and publications, including GRACE ORMANDE! We were less than 8 weeks from our wedding date, without a venue, with more than 150 Save the Dates sent out, and uncertain if we would even be able to have any kind of ceremony in the midst of a pandemic, let alone whether that ceremony would put our family and closest friends at risk. What Best Bride did for us in such a short amount of time was truly remarkable! While we had to significantly cut down our guest count Leora made sure that every possible Covid precaution was taken to keep our family and loved ones safe while still giving us a day more magical than we ever dreamed of. Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

I didn't even realize how well-known and sought-after she was when we first connected. From our very first meeting all the way through the wedding day (and even after), MJ was such a reassuring presence in my life. She made me feel supported, confident, and completely at ease throughout the entire process. Because of her, I experienced almost no stress while planning our wedding. She didn't just bring my vision to life--she gave me everything I dreamed of and more. What I appreciated most was how intentional she was about creating a wedding that felt authentically us. She took the time to understand who we were as a couple and brought that vision to life in a way that felt personal, meaningful, and beautiful. I'm also a very detail-oriented and particular person, so I had high expectations. Somehow, every detail exceeded them. Every decision, every recommendation, and every element of the wedding felt thoughtfully planned and executed. One of my favorite memories happened on our wedding day.     Just wanted to sing praises for the amazing support Alexis provided for our wedding dinner at Bar…read moreChelou. My husband and I wanted to plan something of a wedding celebration dinner, and we knew we needed some help because we live on the other side of the country and also none of our family and friends were available to provide much support. JM Events came recommended to me by my photographer who had been in the wedding industry for over a decade. I set up a call with Lilian and we went over my vision for what kind of event I was envisioning and she discussed what kinds of services JME could provide for our event and also shared that they had planned and coordinated similar type events in the recent past. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning.  The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide.  Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned.  I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. I am already plotting on when I can plan another party and hire JME :)

My (then) boyfriend and I got engaged in February 2021, and I always knew I'd want a slightly longer engagement, just to push things out so I'd have more time to decide on what I wanted and how I wanted it. From the start, however, we already knew we wanted to work with Lilian and her team. Given that I had more time, somewhat wanted the challenge of planning a wedding, and felt pretty prepared, we opted for the month-of services. Once we started working with Lilian, our wedding-planning life honestly became sooo much easier. I feel like we had a pretty good idea and plan for everything we needed, yet, Lilian still, easily, made things even better. There were so many things we didn't know we needed. She was so thorough, organized, and thoughtful and knowing she and her team would be by our side to finalize the details and (basically) walk us down the aisle, really put us at ease. Her communication was spot on - not just with us, but with our vendors, and with handling any (not unexpected) last minute changes. She was so easy to reach and communicate with, and was always so patient and efficient. She knew what we wanted, what we needed, and offered suggestions along the way. On our big day, her team was just as great - from the pre-wedding set up, making sure our bridal party had everything we needed, even helping us order boba - Lilian had everything all thought out. She checked in with us throughout the busy night, and helped wrap things up seamlessly. We truly couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and would not have had it any other way.     HIRING GRACE WAS THE BEST DECISION WE MADE FOR OUR WEDDING!…read more After extensive research, I reached out to Grace from Unveiled by Grace with only a few months left to plan our 250-guest wedding. Not only did Grace plan our wedding in that short amount of time (about 4 months) but she also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the day before. Somehow, she made everything feel effortless. The wedding was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead. She truly understood our vision and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding day were PERFECT. Honestly, beyond perfect. Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Our wedding party and immediate family kept saying not only was it the best wedding ever, but that we had assembled the best vendor team imaginable all thanks to Grace. What meant the most to me was how stress-free she made everything feel. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding day because Grace handled every big and small detail behind the scenes. She even made sure tray passes and our signature cocktails were brought to our getting-ready suite because she knew we would miss them while taking photos and doing makeup touch-ups. Those little thoughtful moments meant everything. If I could do my wedding all over again, Grace would be my very first call. Too bad she only does weddings because I would absolutely hire her again for baby showers, birthdays and anniversaries too. Amber was very instrumental with our art deco theme ideas designing our invitation card, save the date cards, and using old luggage as part of our theme. Our wedding went off without a hitch. There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We got what we wanted, to spend our wedding day with friends and family that we love stress free and most importantly smiling throughout the night celebrating our special day.
