100% recommend! We had an amazing evening in Piazza Navona. Alex was a phenomenal waiter, the food was delicious, and the drink selection was great. Overall, a wonderful evening with amazing service at Ai Tre Tartufi, and we'll be back next time we're in Rome.

Besides having a fine view of the Four Rivers Fountain while dining al fresco in Piazza Navona, Diane and I enjoyed really fine Italian cuisine and above average pizza here. A plate of Fettuccine Alfredo, with fresh Parmesan Cheese nicely adhering to the pasta through egg as a vehicle, was superb. And, an individual thin but cheesy Funghi Pizza was fine and satisfying. For dessert, Chocolate Gelato was really excellent: smooth, rich, and deep-flavored. Service by our waiter Giuseppe was spot on. When the check arrived, the only surprise was that Coca-Coca Light was priced at 6.60 Euros a can. That's slightly more than $15 for two Diet Cokes--tourist prices! It was a memorable late lunch. 4-1/2 stars overall!

Go see Angelo. Food is amazing. Incredibly fun place to eat. Amazing staff as well as a great view of the fountains in Piazza Novanno.

After visiting the Vatican we were looking for a nice place to have lunch. We walked towards Piazza Navona and decided to try this restaurant. Angelo the owner sold us on his restaurant. He was so nice! Food was very good and it's all about the location! Right in the heart of the Piazza where you can people watch while enjoying your meal!

Ai Tre Tartufi is fantastic!! Delicious food, incredible service and an outstanding location! Definitely coming back! The owner, Angelo, is the best!!!! Thank you for making our time in the Piazza Navona a memorable one! Loved everything we ate: the Cesar salad with chicken, and Cesar salad without chicken, the fettuccine bolognese, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and a pizza with spicy pepperoni. And the home made Tartufo! Outstanding!!!

Outside of the famous Pamphilj Palace and overlooking the Piazza Navona, we enjoyed very much the hospitality, cocktails and flavors of this beautiful restaurant. Perfect view of Bernini's "Fountain of The Four Rivers." Host Angelino is inviting and gracious. Server Valentino Valentino, perfection squared. The experience couldn't be more pleasant or charming.

Review # 1200 After…read moresome shopping on the Via cola Di Riemzo, we were ready for lunch. This spot was a Yelp find. We arrived just before they opened at 12:30. We asked for a table outside and the kind lady asked us if we had a reservation (oh oh). We didn't. No problem as we took our pick of one of the tables. Two levels inside with a small Bar in the back. Before we knew it, outside seating was full and inside also filled up-a good sign. We ordered a liter (ended up being too much but when in Rome...) of their house Red and enjoyed it. For starters, we ordered the Fried Artichokes (thick breading and will order the Roman style with garlic/vinegar next time), fried Zucchini and Suppli-Cacio Pepe. The Suppli was delicious and was enjoyed the most. For main, it was Pasta Carbonara (Guanciale )-Proper carbonara and the streak of not having a bad version of this dish in Rome continues. The sliced Beef with mushrooms was also delicious -super tender and thin pieces of beef (medium rare as requested). We asked if the Tiramisu was house-made. Our server answered, "yes, and I am the one who makes it." How could we not order after that?! One of the best Tiramisus we've had. Perfect balance of coffee dipped lady fingers with cream-delicious! Our Server was kind, attentive and full of hustle -she was covering a lot of ground. Don't miss this Gem if you are in the Prati district.

Already depressed knowing we were returning to the cold and fearful Minneapolis, we spent the day packing and wandering Prati. After drowning our sorrows at a few cocktail emporiums in the early evening, we walked into Su e Giu without a reservation close to 9:30. The two guys working the front showed us to a table, and we proceeded to have a perfect last night meal. Our appetizers and pastas were great, service was friendly, and I spent time reflecting on how wonderful Rome is, rather than thinking about our return to the fractured States. Su e Giu Cucina Romana is the perfect Roman restaurant to feel La Dolce Vita. It is a sweet life indeed.

I had possibly the most amazing chick food pasta a girl could imagine. Girls know what girl food is. The pasta in Italy is just better -obviously. He is going to be busy trying to perfect this. Tagliatelle with orange and lemon parmesan. This was it. It was the best. Everything else we ordered was amazing as well. Wait outside. They don't have a sign telling you to wait, no server telling you to wait. You wait out there, wondering if you're in the right place, but then people stand behind you and you're like - oh! I'm here. This is the place. There are possibly 4 tables inside. It's small. I read about them being rude- we did not have that problem.
