Once seated, the service was extremely disorganized. Drinks were simply dropped at the edge of the table instead of being served properly, and a glass of wine I ordered never arrived. Appetizers came after the main dishes, tea never came at all, yet we were still charged for it. The food quality was below average. The rice was undercooked, the onions and greens served at the table looked wilted and old, and overall nothing tasted fresh. Even simple details, like serving butter with the bread, were missing. The restaurant felt cheap and poorly managed compared to what it once was. What made the experience even more frustrating was that gratuity was automatically included without it being clearly communicated. The level of service we received did not justify a forced gratuity. Overall, the restaurant seemed chaotic and unorganized despite not being busy. It's disappointing to see how far this place has declined. We left very unhappy and unfortunately will not be returning or recommending it to others.
