I thought I posted a review for this place, but I must have not sent it. I don't really like leaving bad reviews, but these guys really messed up my car. What happened: A couple years ago, some lady crossed 4 lanes and basically Tboned my car-- their insurance asked me to take it here. I obliged. **I did not pick this place.** At first, everything seemed OK. They were friendly, super nice, and talked to me through the whole thing. They got the new door skin and applied it and said there were no problems. THE GOOD: The skin was replaced, painted, and looked great. They get a great score for the body work, but they fucked up my door driver side door in the process. THE BAD: 1. They somehow managed to blow my amp. The sound system was NOT working at all after they gave it back. I came back and had them check, but they insisted they didn't touch anything. (come to find out later that there was now a short in my system as well as the now blown amp) 2. They broke toggles inside of the door panel which caused the pull out drawer thing (where you shove napkins) to break. It fell off completely. I noticed this later, because I rarely touch the thing. It was barely hanging on. 3. The weather strips on the window were completely unsecured to the door. When they took the door apart, they did not put it back together very well. I called them and complained about it but never got called back or was given the run around. I gave up. I do not recommend letting them do anything to your car where electronics is involved, or those car push pins panel securements that can snap off. read more

DO NOT GO HERE: My car was towed to Elite collision after I was involved in an accident and my insurance provider recommended Elite as they are a preferred vendor for State Farm. They received the car 11/14/2025 with the main repairs being a new front windshield and passenger side mirror (pretty minor damage that I was expecting a quick turnaround for) after 2 weeks of not hearing back from them I gave them a call and they let me know that my mirror was shipped to Alaska instead of Hawaii and it would be another 2 weeks until they received the part. I understand mistakes happened and didn't worry too much about it. Then once they received the mirror 2 weeks later (a month without my car at this point) I received a message from them saying: "I got the ETA from the delaer. we will get the parts tomorrow, the problem is, the wipers arm got broken when we were putiting them back" When I called them about what happened the person I spoke to was rude and said that they didn't break the wipers and that it was broken originally and that they just never ordered the part (which in my option is almost worse than if they broke it since they have had my car for a month at this point and failed to order the part). So they gave two conflicting stories in attempt to not take the blame for At this point my rental car coverage was running out and my car was still waiting for part to be finished. Finally the parts came in and I picked up my car on 12/22/2025, 5 weeks after the car was dropped off. But the car was still missing minor parts (windshield wiper cover for the bolt and rear view mirror cover). They let me know they should be coming in 2 weeks and that I can stop by and they will put them on. Once I picked the car up from them I noticed that the roof rack/windshield trim was not staying down and I took the car back to them, they blamed it on the people that replaced the windshield and told me they would order the parts to fix it and when I come in to have the other parts installed they would fix that as well. On 1/9/2025 almost 2 months since my car was dropped off with them I took the car to get the missing parts installed and the roof rack part they told me they were ordering they said is obsolete and all they can do is glue it down. About 2 weeks after they glued it down I was driving on the highway and the part flew off the car. The windshield wiper piece they ordered was the wrong fit and they didn't even order the rear view mirror cover. So after two months of working with them when all that was needed in the first place was a windshield and mirror my car is still missing pieces lost or damaged by them and unrelated to the damage the car was brought in for. If you are considering taking your car here do your self a favor and save yourself the head ache and take your car somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

My best experience with a shop, ever. I had been hit by another driver on June 10 and Elite had been highly recommended by my claims adjuster and tow person. With Rosie's help, they were able to receive my car the very next day. During the time that they had my car, I got a couple of thorough and thoughtful updates from Karina. On June 25th, she called me to inform me that my car was already ready. The car looks great and the repairs aren't noticeable. They did a great job of replacing the broken parts, matching the paint, and fixing a few other relatively minor issues. I was able to meet Tom, the manager, who was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. With no hesitation, he quickly helped me out with a little detail work. While I hope to avoid using their collision repair services again soon, Elite will remain my first choice in shops. read more

Brought my 4Runner in after being rear-ended. Before I get into the negatives, I want to highlight the staff's willingness to make things right, especially Kari, who was great. After repairs were completed, there were several issues. First, the damaged strut listed on the quote was not replaced. They found a spare in the shop and installed it the same day. The paint job was sloppy, with heavy clear coat that left drips, but they sanded and touched it up the same day. The rear bumper they installed was misaligned; they brought it back in and "fixed" it, but within 24 hours the fix came undone, leaving a half-inch gap between panels. Insurance later informed me the shop had used an aftermarket bumper, which caused the poor alignment. Insurance also stated the shop should have test-fit the bumper before painting, it was clear they did not. Elite told me they would order an OEM bumper and have it ready within a week or two. Instead, I heard nothing for three months because "they forgot." I began this process in April, and the bumper was not replaced until mid-August. While I appreciate the staff's eventual efforts to make things right, I was frustrated by the lack of attention to detail. read more

My brand new BRZ that I just purchased in September got side swiped when I was parked and the damage to it is shown in the photo. After making an insurance claim after realizing that it's cheaper to do that, my GEICO advisor highly recommended Elite Collision Center. I dropped off my car on the 4th of November, and it took one week for the repairs to be completed. I'm very happy with the quality and they even went to the extent of repairing my curb rashes as well as cleaning the car and the interior and exterior look great! It feels like it's a brand new car again, I'm very pleased with this auto body shop. They made me feel like family and anytime something happens to my car again, I feel good knowing that they can repair it. This is the before and after photos! read more

I was kind of traumatized after my car accident and looking at the damage done to my car made me shakey. When I got the call that my car was ready I actually walked right by my car and didn't realize it was mine because it looked like a brand new car right off the showroom floor. It made me feel so much more at ease not having any physical reminders left of the accident. The staff was very kind and in my initial phone call they said they were so sorry I had been in an accident. They gave me regular updates and even finished working much quicker than I anticipated. I really felt taken care of here and my car drives perfectly, everyone is surprised when I tell them that my car had been in a major accident. read more

My 2015 Infiniti Q50 was hit from behind by a moped with two people on it...I had no idea a moped could do so much damage! Elite Collision was one of the recommended shops by my insurance carrier, and by Infiniti...GREAT CHOICE! Tom is very friendly and efficient, and I had my estimate and my appointment right away. The team in the office is so friendly, and they provided updates while the repair work progressed. The work was completed two days early! When i went to pick up my car, I was blown away! The body work looks perfect! The panel gaps are uniform, the paint is smooth, consistent, and matches the untouched panels so well! The rear of the car literally looks BRAND NEW! I could not be happier with the work they did. So many auto body shops are a mess...Elite Collision is clean, well-organized, and they give you a sense of confidence from the first moment you arrive. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience, and how my car turned out. I had to find a shop in a hurry, since I was going off island and wanted someone to start work on the repairs while I was away. ECC was able to take me the next day, and the owner, Tom, had no problem with me leaving the car with them right then and there. I did check the reviews on Yelp -- initially I had my reservations when I saw it was a Sand Island address (had to deal with some extremely sketchy places out there - especially a tow yard). However, when you get there the whole facility is CLEAN, organized, spacious, and you can see signs in the lobby that they are certified repair centers for Infiniti, Nissan, Hyundai, etc. And after meeting Tom I could tell this guy had years of experience under his belt and tons of knowledge. Mostly, I was worried about them matching the original paint job (Mazda Signature red), and it came out great. Unlike the previous two places I went to (for scratch repairs), who couldn't match the paint, and in one case left visible drip marks, when I got the car back from ECC it was perfect. They also gave me regular updates by text message. Getting into an accident sucks, but Tom/ECC made the whole process painless. Recommend! read more

This place is the best! My truck was t-boned on my driver side. That was an experience in itself. ECC did an amazing job on the repairs from my accident. Since it was going to be in I asked Tom about repainting the hood and roof of my Tacoma. The original paint was coming off. They gave me a great price, and I had them do that additional work. Let me tell you Randy did a spectacular job on my truck. He even repainted the front passenger panel for free, because he wanted it to look right. My truck looks brand new. I highly recommend people to go to this auto shop. They are very straight forward and helpful here. I'm so grateful and thankful for ECC for repairing my truck. read more

Elite collision center was very efficient. I called and they accepted my car for repair. They kept updating me weekly on the repair and progress of my car. Tom was very helpful and flexible. Upon release of my car they got everything in order and even after sales was amazing! They accepted my TURO car repair unlike other shops who snobbed me upon hearing that my car was a TURO car. Our experience with Elite Collision was fantastic from start to finish. Ana was professional, personable and super efficient in negotiating the insurance claim and monitoring the repair progress of our car. Manager Tom was on top of the process as well and made sure we understood what was needed and what would be done. He even went beyond the call and personally resolved an unrelated problem we were having with our center counsel. We can't say enough good things about this company and the people who work here. Terrible Service, Point Blank. My Parked Vehicle Was Involved In An Accident And Was Recommended By My Insurance That They Were Top Notch. I Waited Almost A Month To Get My Truck Towed (Insurance Fault) Then Another Couple Months Only To Find Out NOTHING Was Done To My Truck. ZERO Effort To Give Me Updates! I Constantly Have To Call WEEKLY To Get My Own Updates. Since They Don't Specialize In Mechanics Or Suspension, They Sent My Vehicle To Streamline Performance Where My Vehicle Sits On The Side Of The Road. Just Waiting For Someone To Strip It. I've Passed By Multiple Times Only For It To Be In The Same Spot, Yet With Nothing Done To It. I've Spoke To Tom @ Elite Collision And Nothing But Excuses. I Contacted My Insurance To Let Them Know That These Guys Are Not Professionals At All. Explaining To Them What's Going On, Which Surprisingly They Also Aren't Getting Any Updates Either On My Vehicle and That It Will Be Addressed Up The Chain As Well As Looking For Another Shop To Do Business With. My auto insurance cover for my damage truck so I took it there and they fix the body damage but left me with bad uneven alignment causes from the accident , trying my best to point to the problem out but the manager there Ignored me so he get the key from me for test drive before I left the shop he came back told me everything is good but same day I took my truck back cause my front tire sensor warning light is on so the same manager told me to take my truck to the dearer I took my truck from , wow!!! They deny everything so I have to look for a new auto shop to fix my problem they did to my truck and this time I have to pay out of my pocket . To all my friend and family this body shop I highly recommend not to go there they will fix one thing and leave you for other damage and won't professionally enough to take the blame but have you hang like they never did anything to your car .
