During that visit, he made unprompted remarks about my personal life that had nothing to do with the inspection. When I told him that his behavior felt intimidating, he responded that he had researched me on the "deep dark web." We then asked that our interactions remain strictly professional and limited to inspection-related matters, but he declined to agree to that boundary. The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.

We are working quickly to close on a home in Coppell and reached out to Angel based on his excellent reviews. He truly lived up to the hype. He was able to inspect the house within 24 hours of our request and spent a thorough 3 to 4 hours going over every detail, even climbing up on the roof. There is an upcharge to include a pool inspection, but we added it because it is always better to be safe than sorry. Angel noticed things we never would have even thought to look for. After the inspection, he took the time to personally walk us through the report, answering all of our questions, and then sent a detailed copy with photos just a few hours later. We wish we had him for our first inspection when we were buying the house. His price was very reasonable; especially after getting some outrageously expensive quotes and some questionably low "11 month quotes" from other inspectors only to find out that they don't have to abide by the same new home purchase inspection standards set by the TREC. We were given a long report with pictures and recommendations which we submitted to our builder for warranty repair. Paul cut no corners and we plan on referring him to our neighbors who needs the first inspection and/or their 11 month.
