She showed me how to do my Amazon returns and even gave me a mailer to use when I forgot my own packaging (there was a small fee for this that I happened to have cash for). On the weekends there may be a line, but if you go on a weekday, it will be more than likely empty or close to empty. For the most part it has always been the gentlemen with curly black hair and a beard that helps me out. And he is usually always there.
