The gentlemen behind the counted, who identified himself as the owner, said something to the effect "I paid for that machine, that is what you need to use." I have no issue if I had one or two items, but I had a lot and could have used some customer service instead of being told that was the only way. Lucky for me, there are other UPS Stores nearby that provide the customer service I expect.

Driver shoes up and puts one pallet in the middle of my driveway, it weighs 3200 pounds, car can't fit so I asked driver to move it either side. His answer no its too heavy. I said I have a guy on my street that is more then capable of moving this with you. His respone no. He then takes 2nd pallet off and leaves it in the street blocking my mailbox and my driveway. I said get that out of the street. His response no. Too heavy. You have a sidewalk lip, can't move it. You moved the other one, no answer. He got in his truck and left. I called customer service, they could care less. I called the company I ordered from in Chicago, I am in Mass, President of the ordering company calls me and provides an immefiate refund. He went on to say they are ending their contract with this company.
