Back to shop, fixed tire and when I asked the price, they said $25, but I mentioned the wall sign says $20 fixed rate. I give the $20 and they argue with me, and someone not involved gets involved and I feel like I'm being attacked. I leave the shop again, and the back tire, just "fixed" is completely flat by the time I got home 5 blocks. I thought the shop was going to be OK, but I cannot recommend it. Plus, I have a completely flat back tire.

I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. I told them my headset needed tightening and then they just wheeled my bike to the back and started working on it. I asked if I could go get lunch and come back and they were like yeah. I came back and it was fixed. $10! They also put a screw into a part that was missing a screw but it fell off on my way home. So not 100%, but pretty great nonetheless.

Julio was very honest and told me my tires were actually in good shape, but he did replace the inner tubes within the tires (for a very reasonable price).
