I was very excited for the cufflink necklace. When I received it the cuff itself does not actually open. My mother tried to open it and when my husband eventually got it opened he acknowledged it was very difficult to get it opened. I wanted to exchange it for one that worked properly and add an extra two inches which is just an extra $6. They said they would invoice me for that $6. I already have to go to USPS to return the non-functional necklace and they were willing to lose an entire $120 sale over $6. Do not do business with this company. read more

Horrible customer service! They sent me the wrong pendant. I had to harass them to get them to respond and send me the correct pendant. It took over a month to get the correct pendant to me. This should have been easy peasy. Step 1 in customer service, make it right. If you screw up, make it right. Don't ghost your customers, especially not after you already have my money and I have a lower cost item in my hands that I don't want. The amount of thought and chasing I had to do was completely unacceptable just to get the order that I placed. read more

Terrible customer service! I ordered a necklace afterI saw a segment on GMA Deals and Steals. I received the necklace and could not work the clasp. I tried their online return service, but kept getting the message that they could not find the order, and could get no further. I tried e-mailing. I got a response telling me to try online and no further follow up after numerous attempts. I've tried calling three times, only to be given the option of leaving a message, which I did. Crickets. I have bought multiple items from this store; two pairs of earrings, two necklaces, three charms and a bracelet. Unfortunately, I bought it all within the same time frame (March & April 2025) not realizing this company produces a product with a plating issue. I care for my jewelry very well and don't wear it overnight/shower. Every piece I've purchased has the gold plating worn off. My necklace actually broke and I had to take it in to be fixed after a week of wearing it. I contacted customer support for assistance with the plating however, after three weeks, I have been unsuccessful. They claim to need the order numbers; if products were purchased in store, how would I have an order number. The two pairs of earring I did buy online, I have been given the runaround to have the items repaired or replaced. Overall, for the price point of these items I am highly dissatisfied with this quality of these products as well as the customer service when there is an issue. read more

I've been wanting to stop in to get a birthstone necklace or bracelet with my son's birthstone and finally had the time today to stop in and I'm so glad I did! Josh was incredibly personable and helpful with creating a custom bracelet for me. I had no idea there were so many options! I wear both silver and gold and he made a bracelet using both chains in under 10 minutes. Would absolutely recommend for a custom piece or a gift. read more

I stopped by with my daughter as we are visiting from out of town and were looking for a fun activity to do together. The store is so beautiful - rustic vibes, huge space and tons to explore. The sales associate we worked with set my daughter up to make a custom bracelet where we picked beads, she measured the chain to her wrist, added a charm and completed the bracelet with a clasp. I made a custom length necklace which she made on the spot with their tools. I picked a few charms to add and love the result. Glad they have an online store because I'm sure I will add to my collection in the future. read more

The so called manager, had an awful disposition, they were out of many of the charms we were looking for, the worker kept telling us that they are a small business. Also the mentioned multiple times, how they are opening a new store in FL, so their products were low in stock. How is that my problem? Im shopping the Cranston RI store. Additional their engraving machine was broken, I was told it had been broken for some time, and they didn't know when it woukd be fixed. However when I had called less then a week before inquiring about engraving no one mentioned it was broken. Overall not a pleasant experience, and mediocre customer service at best. read more

Tarnished significantly ON ARRIVAL. Atrocious customer service. Very expensive to receive such a low quality item paid $250 for. Seems like a scam. They told me I'd have to pay return shipping for their POS they sent me. Horrible horrible horrible company. *update after Omar the owner's response attacking the customer (another example of his poor-quality company): I've been in the process of moving. So while a business owner like Omar --who uses such a tiny amount of "gold plating" on his jewelry that it arrives non-existent to the customer on parts of the necklace--seems to have all the time in the world to attack perplexed customers (see the MANY negative reviews stating tarnishing and poor quality), I'm actually extremely busy with work and life. I'm moving currently, and don't even know where this cheap thing is. I can barely make it to the post office for actual returns that aren't flawed cheap merch, or to send mail to people I love. So Omar can assume whatever he wants and cast blame elsewhere, though he has made my life worse off for investing in his company and product. Interesting their go-to was to make the customer pay for their errors, until I pushed back over the ethics. He's learned nothing and feels fine treating customers terribly. read more

I've only had 1 issue with a charm, I contacted customer service, and they were able to replace the charm for me. The orders ship fast and the customer service is amazing - if you get the chance to work with Georgia- she's a true gem, and she's amazing at her job and is always helping me with my orders or exchanges. I've bought one gold necklace, one gold anklet and 3 gold charms, all within the past 2 months. While the advertising states that their jewelry is water resistant, etc, thats just not true. I'm thinking that it's true regarding the silver jewelry but if its gold plated trust me it tarnishes. After one month of wearing both items the gold is literally coming off, very noticeable. I wear both in the shower and I rarely remove them, I started noticing the affects of doing so recently. Now, the good news is that Air&Anchor stands by their jewelry, I sent back both items to receive replacements. I just have an issue with the fading, I have tons of gold filled jewelry and other gold stainless steel and there isn't any fading going on. It's a reminder to just stick with real gold or gold filled, better safe than sorry. If not then to have the hassle of removing my jewelry, no submerging in water. What kills me is the price, like what am I paying for if it fades so freaking quickly. Mind you, the clasp on their necklaces is super hard to work with. To note as well, all of the gold charms that I received looked pretty fake, I hate to say it but its true. Great designs but low quality for gold plating, very low. read more

Well, I will start by saying that when I received the necklace I was very happy. It appears to be a good quality stainless necklace, but I would opt out of anything gold. I purchased the stainless silver necklace with the gold clasp. After about three months, the gold on the clasp started to wear off. I was offered an exchange, but told I would have to pay for the shipping to send it and also to receive the new one. The exchange email also stated in great detail that there is quite a bit of fraud in the mail and criminals know what they are looking for in packaging. This company goes on to state that they do not take any liability if the package is lost or stolen. At this point, I start to weigh my options. After three months, you can no longer file a claim with your financial institution and you are really gambling as to whether or not you are going to get a replacement. I guess I'm spoiled with Amazon and how they send you the replacement upfront and then you return the damaged merchandise, but this is not the case with Air and anchor. I don't feel like this is the best return policy to retain business. I also believe that their ads Are very misleading, in stating that you can wear them all the time and in water. I realize that the fine print states you should not, however, all of their video ads say otherwise and promote the product as something you never have to take off. Again, this is very misleading and absolutely incorrect. With that being said, I am going to cut my losses on this one because I feel like the minute It goes out in the mail, I have just lost $100 plus the shipping fees.
