I hadn't planned on writing a review, but I felt compelled to do so, as I continue to have issues with my air/heat to this day. James installed central air and heating in my home. Initially, he was attentive to the issues I faced, such as uneven air distribution where some rooms were cool while others were not. Later, I encountered problems with no cool air coming out. He handled these issues professionally, but various problems persisted. When he connected the heating, it worked for a while, but then I experienced similar issues, with cool air coming out instead of heat and uneven heating across rooms. He addressed these problems too. I had to call him again because the air was not cooling; it was hot. He claimed to have fixed it, but the issue remained. I requested him to return to ensure it was resolved. He rudely told me, "I'm busy, find someone else to fix it!!" I was shocked by his unprofessional attitude. When I asked if he could recommend someone, he dismissively laughed and said, "No, I don't know of anyone." It felt like a gut punch. I eventually had someone else check it, and they said the unit was fine since it wasn't old, but the installation was flawed. I continue to face issues, like the air not automatically turning off even when the house is cool, and I had to install a new thermostat, but problems persist. I contacted James and his company last year, leaving several messages and pleading for him to fix the installation issues, but I never heard back. I suspect he realized he didn't know how to fix the problem, which is why he left me hanging. There are other positive reviews here, and I even recommended him to others, and I'm glad he served those people well, but he certainly didn't do the same for me! I hope his family, especially his mother, doesn't receive such treatment when they are need of help. read more

Air Brothers didnt actually do anything for me, but I have to leave a review because I am so impressed with them. I called about a service I needed. The owner had the receptionist (office manager?) call me back to say that particular service was something they outsourced (so they would normally charge their fee on top) and for me to go directly to the company so that it would be cheaper for me. We looked around for a company that can give us an honest assessment of our air flow problem and when our next door neighbor had a new A/C system installed I asked James if he can take a look at our issue. He did a thorough inspection including climbing into our attack and taking measurements. He provided a two step solution so that I wouldn't have to spend more than is necessary. These guys are great! We had them install a new heating/air conditioning system, all new ducting, during the hottest month last year, September. Because of the major installation, we were without heating/air for about 10 days in 100+ degree weather. They provided us with a portable air conditioner during that time, which made the heat bearable for us. All of their employees wore masks and were very polite and professional. We had to call them back twice, once because the heating unit had a bad sensor (Not their fault, it came from the manufacturer that way) and once more when we had a small leak around a vent in the den (also not their fault - after they completed their work we had solar installed and we think that perhaps a solar employee possibly tripped over the outside vent on our den roof.)
