John installed an AC unit for me early this year and after he finished my fall servicing I asked him when I should schedule the spring servicing of my AC. AC died on a Sunday morning. Called Air Fix left a message and they had someone there the very next day. Manny the tech was very nice and professional . I was scheduled for a new AC to be put in on Wednesday but the office called and had a cancellation with the Crain and was able to install it Tuesday. I still can't say enough good things about the team at Air Fix. Nobody likes having to get their A/C fixed when it's 100+ out but the crew at Air Fix has never disappointed me. Fortunately this time I was in the market for an upgrade this time and not a repair - added a multi zone mini split system for the garage and the kids' play room. Jesse and John showed up on time on my schedule to complete the install and Eva is always a pleasure to deal with - she's always on top of getting estimates and communicating. They did a phenomenal job despite some challenges with how the studs are ran in my home (no fault of theirs) and were able to hang everything exactly where I wanted. The install was very clean and they really made it look easy. They didn't even stop to take a break. I'm super stoked with the equipment and the whole install. Heaven Sent. I've had my share of many different hvac companies coming to my home throughout the valley and many well just blow. Me and my partner have an older home, and have had issues with our hvac for the past 2 years and have turned to our warranty company continuously. Each company they've sent, it's the same scenario. Book me in, investigate, order parts and re-schedule again and again. They spend less than 10 minutes poking around and leave, every single time. February 2019, it was cold as hell. It snowed, a lot. Than the heater goes out (((fingers on temples))). Now I usually run warm, and don't mind the cold but chillin in the living room with a space heater was not fun. We call our warranty company First American they assign another blah company and run the same game on us. This time worse they tell us we have a missing fuse in our hvac unit and this voids any service beyond there control. Long story short..we argue and they agree to second opinion and send Air Fix. I was spilling negative vibes before they came but little by little Air Fix showed us how professional they were. I got to schedule within hours of my call, email and text correspondence I know what?! Our technician was Carlos G. He is an angel. He listened to our frustration, walked us through what was going on, addressed the issue and get this fixed our heater!! He didn't have to, but he diligently spent hours in our home to make sure he completed his job. 5/9 update - I have to say I value customer service more than any brand name on products. What good is a Samsung TV when it breaks and you don't get good Customer Service is the same question you gotta ask about the AC units you buy. I had reservations about going from Carrier to Reem units. But like any brand, you will need service and I've never had any issues having the Air Fix family come out and service the units. I recently had an issue with a bad breaker and this was due to an electric company not properly tightening the screws to the breaker. How do I know that? Because the Air Fix tech, John took the time to show me how warm the breaker was in comparison to my other breakers, showed me it was loose by tightening the screws and showed me how many amps were being drawn from that breaker. That's customer service when they leave and you're super knowledgeable. My initial review stated how I missed my carrier units because they drew more power. After air fix installed a fan by the unit to push the air harder we were back in business. They go the extra mile and if you look at my other reviews only the super customer service oriented touch my 5 star level. Bravo Air Fix! I'm glad I choose you over the others! read more

Awoke to find our air conditioning was not working and called Air Fix to leave a message, as it was early and before they opened, but was surprised to find someone answered the phone. They scheduled a technician (Jean) to come out later that morning and he diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs in an efficient and expert manner. I could not have been happier with the way the work was performed. Jean was extremely respectful of our property and kept me informed of what he was doing and why and didn't get frustrated with all the questions I asked. He thoroughly explained the cost of the repairs and I found them to be extremely reasonable and a great value. The installes are amazing! However, it's difficult to get in touch with the office. So, in that respect they need better customer service. No one answers the phone and when they get back to you it's via text or email. People want to talk to someone, they have questions, they don't want to text or email back and forth. Okay I had them come out in April to replace my A/C. Because of the nature of the service, I decided to give it a couple of months to make CERTAIN that nothing went wrong with the installation before I posted my review. I mean nothing tests an A/C unit like a Las Vegas summer, right? So far, so great. I mean they came in UNDER the quotes from other A/C companies in town, kept in touch with me while I waited for my unit to arrived and were VERY accommodating with my schedule for the install. I called in a claim to my home warranty company (Fidelity Home Warranty) for my air conditioner making a very loud noise and was assigned Air Fix. After checking out the Yelp reviews on Air Fix I at first thought they were too good to be true. But Jessie came out and it was an easy fix, just needed to replace a wire, and he was done in a matter of minutes. And I didn't have to pay anything additional, only the fee to Fidelity to file the claim. He was extremely pleasant, arrived on time and is evidently a very honest person as he could have told me other things that needed repairing and I would have not known better. I am sold on Air Fix and on Jessie. I will definitely want to use them in the future. I also am pleased with Fidelity, as I've had them for a year now and have called in claims three times and each time have been sent repair companies that were honest. read more

I had to call another 24hr contractor when my unit died at 100 degrees at 9pm and they showed up at 11pm and told me my unit was frozen and I needed a whole new system for 11k so I called Jessie in the morning and he was there in 1 hr. They all said they couldn't see the problem. I think it's probably because it was a long, TEDIOUS job. The AC unit is in the attic and it was a real hassle. The delay was mostly with our homeowners insurance company but fortunately everything fell into place and our AC is fixed. As soon as everything was authorized they went straight to work.
