The technician, Dan, got here and very quickly determined the cheap condensation pump installed by the original HVAC system installer was dead then after a difficult time trying to remove the old pump which had been glued to the plywood under the system he installed a much better new pump. This included cutting pvc pipe and electrical cords and took about 2.5 hours. Dan knew exactly what he was doing and had a pleasant attitude and kept the area clean, including vacuuming the whole air intake area of accumulated dust. I was impressed with the professionalism and after he was finished I even purchased HVAC maintenance which they do twice a year for a low price. I would absolutely recommend them. It's hard to find reliable and knowledgeable repair these days and these guys are great! read more

I moved into my condo in July 2016, I knew the AC unit was ancient but I was not in a hurry to replace it. By August 2020 in the midst of a heatwave and the pandemic, the compressor blew out, and I put off making the investment to replace. Fast forward to June 2022, I get a call from my downstairs neighbor that water from my AC unit was causing damage to his bedroom ceiling. I was now forced to deal with the situation, after a couple of other HVAC appt no shows, I called Paul at Airflow Brothers after seeing a review on Facebook. I made the call on June 18th, he came out on June 20th to assess my situation. I had a water leak coming through the condensation line from the upstairs neighbor which complicated everything, aka the joys of condo ownership. Paul made recommendations for a much more energy efficient cooling/heating system, and before the end of the week I had a proposal and financing options. The new unit (18 seer Bosch w/ electric heat pump, and nest thermostat) installation appt was set for June 29, 3 days to be completed on July 01. The team assigned Ban and Luis were great, because the units are located on the roof, a crane was involved, in a very narrow space which had the potential to go wrong but that was the easist part! The team ran into snags along the way, because of the set up I have, it was not an easy installation but all the while they remained professional throughout. Because of the condensation line leak the team was delayed and worked way past their scheduled time on the third day of installation, which was the Friday before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I really appreciated their hatd work and dedication to get it all done within the 3 day timeframe, however it had to continue after the holiday. My installation had a few unforeseen challenges, but with that said I am very happy with the final product to say the least! I was very happy with the level of customer service I received, the quality of the work, and the teams professionalism and work ethic. I highly recommend Airflow Bros to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their home AC system give them a call!! read more

Called Air flow Bros yesterday due to my A/C stopped working. I wanted to take care of it right away due to the weather warming up and my elderly mother can't be stuck in a hot house. The dispatcher was very nice and was able to squeeze me in there schedule for today. Dan the technician came to my house on time and was very friendly. He performed his diagnosis and updated me with his findings. Dan provided me with repairs and also replacement estimates. I know that I will need to replace the system soon but it's currently out of my budget. Not once did I feel Dan being a salesman. I went with the repair for now and also signed up on their maintenance program to try and get a little more life out of the system. Keeping our house cool throughout the year has been costly. However, after Air Flow Bros worked on our AC System and after seeing the reduction in electrical cost, I have been more than satisfied. Saving money is a good thing, but protecting our health is most important. We had no idea we had cancer-causing asbestos in our attic! Another AC company used to service our system and never said anything. Air Flow Bros discovered it and showed it to us. It is comforting to know they could remove it when they installed the suspended ducts and attic insulation. What a relief! The whirlybirds on top of the garage and above our bedroom suck up the hot air, make it more comfortable to walk into the garage and keep our electric bill down.
