Where to start? My experience with everyone at Air Pro has been almost too good to be true- but it wasn't! We contacted them to simply service our AC as it never fell below 75 degrees and the drone it made was really grating on us! Brian came out and told us what he could do to clean and get our 15+ y/o system working as best as he could. After chatting with him about our needs, he recommended a free consultation with their design consultant, Eden, so we could explore all our options. Eden was a delight to work with! She quickly went into the attic, garage, and outside where the giant ancient system was housed. She looked in each room and calculated the actual capacity of our system compared to what we needed. Our home has vaulted ceilings, which presents challenges to adequately cool it with the current system we have. We discussed all our options and at no time felt pressured into making a decision. We decided to move forward with a new system and they gave us a free furnace! They moved it to the attic and replaced all the very faulty ductwork and even discovered that the termite remediation we had done just 8 months ago was not effective. The crew was incredibly friendly, arriving each day on time, cleaning as they went and then leaving our home in perfect condition. The system is humming along now, we can barely hear it, and we set the thermostat to 71 and it quickly dropped to that temperature! We are so grateful we found this company, that we met Brian, Eden, Vince, Nate, Rogelio, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few of their incredible team! I am extremely satisfied with the product and service provided by Air Pro. The process began with a phone call and an appointment for a representative to assess my existing setup. To my surprise, she conducted a comprehensive inspection, even going into the attic to document any discrepancies with my old system. In contrast, I contacted two other local companies, both of which merely glanced into the attic and declared everything to be fine. Quite laughable, I must say. Needless to say, neither of them earned my business. Next, I conducted extensive research on various makes and models of whole home systems. After thorough investigation, including online searches and inquiring with Siri about the top AC company in town, I decided to schedule an appointment with Air Pro for removal and installation. The two technicians who arrived were punctual, polite, and highly professional. They took their time with the work, ensuring that all old equipment was properly removed and replaced with new equipment. Once the installation was complete, they provided me with a detailed explanation of my new system, including instructions on how to use it and what to expect. They also informed me of the appropriate contacts in case any issues arise. Overall, the entire experience was excellent. Now, I have a functioning furnace for winter and chilly nights, as well as a reliable AC system to combat the heat that accumulates in the canyon where I reside. Paloma the design consultant came out on May 28. She was personable, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything, answered all my questions and most importantly was honest, I got multiple bids, so I know this to be true. She told me the new Heat Pump system would be installed in a day! Paulo and Jerry showed up the following Monday on time, very professional, addressed any concerns and proceeded with the job. They were very organized, cleaned up any mess and their attention to detail (the little things that really matter) When they finished, they explained the system to me and a quick rundown on the use and benefits of the smart thermostat. I am very satisfied!!! If you are interested more in quality than the cheapest product out there, I highly recommend this company and their employees. I had a heat pump HVAC installed. I'm super satisfied with them. Highly recommended. Edwin was our sales rep. He was super polite and nice. He didn't push us to anything and he helped us to understand tge system. Installation crew was also nice. They took time to answer our questions and did a very good job. I noticed that they took care of the little details like the gap between the unit is nice. They plugged the system to our solar which was also what we wanted. After the installation I noticed that there wasn't enough air going into the bedrooms. After I explain the problem they came and fixed it the next day although it wasn't in our original agreement. They say satisfaction guaranteed and they mean it. Overall I'm happy with our new system. It's a long term investment for us and we feel like we did a good choice working with air pro. read more

Air Pro did a fantastic job installing a new HVAC system in my older home for a great price. Through their service program, they provide 2 cleanings a year and each time I've had the same technician come out, Jose Gomez. He remembers me and my house, is efficient but thorough, and takes time to explain things to me.
