It was bumped up against a copper wire and literally melting. He quickly repaired that, explaining as he went along. VERY happy now. Prior review: We hired Capitol Duct because they were the only company we called that used a scope (camera) to examine the ducts before cleaning. We should have gotten the ducts cleaned before installing an in-duct booster fan, but we didn't think of it, so we needed the cleaners to be extra careful with their rotating brushes in that area. They came out 3-2-26. [I deleted the rest of my review, but the photos can' be deleted - they show dirt that showed up on our filter 2 months later. Capitol Duct came out again right away and took care of everything. NOTE to others - if something goes wrong, call them before posting a bad review.]
